I could tell she definitely knew what she was doing when she immediately chose the right sizes of nail tips for every nail without having to compare them or size them up. The staff was very nice and friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I asked for short, almond-shaped nails, short enough that I could type on the keyboard at work. Jenny did a beautiful job on my nails, and she got them to the perfect length! Long enough for a feminine touch, but short enough to be practical. Most nail techs I've been to tend to err on the long side, but she got them just right. After I paid, she gave me a little stamp card that will get me a $20 discount after 12 visits! I'll certainly be back. :)

I ended up with a little scab on one of my cuticles, so I think my pedicurist may have overdid it a little, but I was overdue for a pedicure and truly had a challenging toenail to work with (growing back after 1/4 was cracked and fell off), so I think he was trying to be thorough with cleaning under the sides of the nail and cuticle removal. He did a great job with everything else, especially the massage, and my stepmother is a regular, so I know this isn't the norm. The spa chairs are good massage-wise. My spa pedi was $25 plus tip.
