Went in for gel pol removal. Was my a woman telling me they were busy. Not it'll be 30-40 minutes, we're busy. Mind blown, who says that to a paying customer. Rude won't be back and would not recommend. If I could give them no stars I would !!! read more

I have been to this place multiple times and have never had a good experience- my fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking they'd get better. My mom and grandmother love this place and have never had a problem primarily because they only get the pedicures with polish. The pedicures are sub-par for my taste and the employees are not careful cutting cuticles at all. I have had my nails bleed from them being too harsh and then they blame it on the customer like it's my fault my nail beds are bleeding. I went in yesterday to get a pedicure and full set of acrylics. Wouldn't you know, two of my brand new nails popped off the next day. The past two times I've come to this place, my nails were crooked and soooooo ugly. Both times I asked for square cut nails, and both times every single one of my nails were either squoval or round. I am so frustrated with this place. They have cheaper prices for their full sets, and it shows! Invest in a different salon where you're guaranteed to get the most out of your money. I'm tired of funneling my hard earned cash into this dump. The employees aren't friendly and they won't correct their shitty work, especially when you point it out to them. Avoid this place. There's better salons just a 10 minute more drive into Columbus or Franklin. Horrible. read more

Went in for two pedicures. The same guy did both of them. So, it was one after another. There were two others getting pedicures on either side of us they started before us and ended after we were done. This was the worst pedicure I've ever had. They were not friendly at all. The guy who did all our work did not say a single word to either of us. He showed no emotion at all. The foot massage was non existent. He totally faked doing any maintenance to my cuticles. There was zero taken off and I have nail polish all over my skin. My toenails were already about the right size but he cut them down to stumps. I am not impressed. read more

Stopped in a 4:30 for two pedicures. I ask the woman working about how long of a wait, I was happy to wait. One woman was in the chair getting a pedi, one getting a mani, one woman waiting. The woman said they were VERY busy and to come back at 9:00am tomorrow. I left as instructed. I called a few minutes later thinking we would schedule for tomorrow. Me and my friends came in to get pedicures and manicures. All of them turned out VERY badly. One of my friends got a manicure and the nails they put on was digging into her skin and they didn't care. Then another one of my friends was getting a manicure and she wanted it shaped differently and the woman told here to go home and do it herself. Then she went to get a pedicure and they are still see through. And my other friend got a pedicure and a French tip on her toes which are so thin you can barely see it. Then on mine I didn't even get a full pedicure and they didn't fix my nail to where it doesn't look chipped. They also refused to give her anything to take off her fake nails. read more

I had a wonderful experience tonight at Hawaii Nails. I stopped by to see if someone could fix a chipped nail. The store had just closed so I called to see if I could make an appointment for the following day. Nancy answered the phone and said they were still inside and for me to come to the door and she would let me in. She greeted me with a Smile and began looking over my nails. She not only fixed the one chipped nail but she proceeded to fix all 10 of my nails to "her" satisfaction. Then she proceeded to give me a hand massage while we talked for a little while. All of this was after hours. I've been coming here almost since this shop opened and this still surprised me! I couldn't be happier! Thank you Nancy for staying after hours and doing such a great job for me! I'll see you in a couple of weeks! read more

I love this nail salon! They have different leveled pedicures with different options which i love, and they are always relaxing. I have had the basic $25 pedicure and the paraffin one-DEFINITELY worth the extra $$. The manicure was good as well, the first time I visited I got a gel manicure and it lasted the full two weeks. I got a regular polish manicure and I unfortunately messed it up twice while drying and they happily fixed it. Color selection for gel is great, their regular polish selection leaves something to be desired. read more
