Went in for a pedicure, however the lady there seemed very rushed. I asked if she was in a hurry & her husband said no. But they didn't clean under my nails or clean up my cuticles. It moved on to doing a foot scrub. I stopped her before that & told them I'd just like to leave. He tried to charge me half which would be like $25 - for Nothing. I told him I'd pay $10 since I was there for around 8minutes. But I honestly feel cheated paying that. I wouldn't recommend. From picking my polish to being directed to the chair, I felt rushed. I've never left a review before but I thought it was necessary this time, I also waited to see how long they held on for, it was about 1.5 weeks. My nails typically last me about 1.5 months. On the right is the picture that i showed them, and on the left is what I left with. 30 minutes after she began my nails, she only had 3 nails glued on. For half an hour she continued to glue and remove the nails multiple times. This is my go to shop. It is clean, they have you wash your hands as soon as you walk in even if you're only getting a pedi, there are plenty of artist working so the wait is never bad. The pedi chairs have massage built in and they use liners in the bowls for sanitation. read more

Don't recommend if you're a mom who doesn't have much time. Spent 3 hours to get ombre. All while 4 people came in after me, was done before me. Even started working on another ladies nails and finished her whole set before even coming back to me (she had no appointment) and was still charged a full price other then a 5$ "discount" for waiting for him for 2 1/2 hours just to start my nails. Fingers are very sore. Picking off the stuff off the side of my nails. My nails are even side ways and not straight. 70$ for a not very pleasant 1st time experience. Won't be returning. I went with a friend to have a relaxing pedicure together. We were greeted by a grumpy man that told us we were looking at the wrong polishes. Actually yelled at . My girlfriend was almost done with her pedicure before mine even started . Hers lasted an hour but mine was 30 minutes. They hurried through because they were closing. They did not have it spelled out on there price sheet that gel polish was $20 more. The massage, or should I say , what they said was a massage was a light buffing. The color was also not accurate. When I went to pay I explained to the owner . He said he was sorry but someone was off. I explained that he should have let me know and I may have chosen to come back another day. I received 1/2 the pedicure for full price. He offers no compensation expect he was sorry someone was sick. Is that my fault? read more

This salon reuses the acetone they soak off gel nails with. This can not be very sanitary. After my nails were done soaking, she sucked the remaining acetone back in the bottle that she initially poured it out of. They also don't use new sanitized 'tools' for each client as they should. None of it seems very clean to me. read more

I went to this salon with a friend. When I showed the man the design wanted, he said it would look ugly on my nails. Then when I chose a solid color off of the nail pallet, it was a silvery blue. When she pulled out a gel that looked bright purple, I was confused and asked if it would look like the blue on the nail pallet when it was done. The employees harshly said yes. Come to find out I ended up with nearly neon purple nails in the end. When I brought it up again while I was paying, I compared my nail color to the color I chose and the guy basically laughed and said it wasn't the same color after all. read more

This place is very thorough and clean. Although we made an appointment, we had to wait for 10 or 15 minutes. My experience was 3 1/2 stars. I ended up with a little scab on one of my cuticles, so I think my pedicurist may have overdid it a little, but I was overdue for a pedicure and truly had a challenging toenail to work with (growing back after 1/4 was cracked and fell off), so I think he was trying to be thorough with cleaning under the sides of the nail and cuticle removal. He did a great job with everything else, especially the massage, and my stepmother is a regular, so I know this isn't the norm. The spa chairs are good massage-wise. My spa pedi was $25 plus tip. read more

I am beyond angry with my service at this establishment. First of all I had a scheduled manicure for 6:00pm. I arrived at 5:45. My friend also had an appointment at 6:00pm. She was done before I even got attended to. Not only that but I woman showed up at 6:15 and then one of the men proceeded to ignore me even though I was there first and I clearly stated it. I finally got seated at 7:00pm an HOUR after my appointment was made. Two woman were just walking around cleaning getting ready to close and I was sitting in this chair for another 15 minutes not being helped. I finally got my nails done and I told the man my color and my friend checked too and he said yep that's the color. It was supposed to be a subtle pale pink and instead he gave me a hot pink. This wouldn't be a big deal if prom wasn't on Saturday. Then he proceeded to charge me 40 dollars instead of 35 like my friend. So I didn't tip and just walked out. The lady who did my nails was so unfriendly and rude. She did a terrible job and it was a complete waste of money. I left with nail polish on my fingers and pieces of cotton stuck in the shellac polish. She left a huge amount of space between the polish and my cuticle so I know I'll have to get it redone next week. read more

The guy that did my pedicure was so rough on the heel of my foot that when he scrubbed it my heel was sore afterwards. Also I had a $20 gift certificate and he put the cash in his pocket and I didn't realize until I got home that he didn't give me credit for my gift certificate. This place is okay but they leave the nail to think at the cuticle so with in a week you already need to have them filled.
