I had the micro blading done and I love it, see Mindy plus I have been my nails at Hollywood nails for several years!! Really love these ladies

I was hesitant about this place because of the low yelp reviews. Guys, ya let me down. I had a full set + pedi and all was amazing. I'm a steadfast "french tip" girl but wanted something different. Mindy was amazing and explained everything to me. Especially since I was going with a lot longer nail than I'm used to. I don't believe I've given a 5 star review on a nail shop since the one I had been going to for a decade. But... I have since moved and the drive was getting redoncklous. Glad I found a new place that I trust their expertise as well as cleanliness. Top nails is worth your time and money.

This is what happened to my face after the red lazor facial! Burns and damage to my skin.

My face was burned that's my picture will demonstrate. This was the worst salon I've ever been to. they don't spend time with customers they work on several customers at once in the visually which leaves you in the salon way too long and then you walk out with crappy nails

I LOVE THIS PLACE! ANDY DOES MY NAILS, AND LET ME SAY THAT HE NEVER FAILS TO DO AN AMAZING JOB. No matter what inspiration picture I bring in he nails it. Hell sometimes I'll even let him do whatever he wants. I love him and wouldn't recommend anyone else.

I had a refill with Andy. Asked for coffin shape was so bad I actually went back the next day to ask him to fix it. This is one of the worst refills I've ever had. Soooooo thick and couldn't even paint the polish correctly.

I have been coming to Mindy for 4 years and she had NEVER disappointed EVER by far the best nail shop

I'm never disappointed with the service (pics attached)! They are my new regular salon after having several disappointments with Image Nails in Rosenberg. Everyone here is so sweet and Andy...he's gifted when it comes to doing nails! He takes his time and ensures that they are neat every time! He suggested to try marble on my ring finger today (previously had all rhinestones) & I love it! I call this pink & yellow ombre Strawberry Lemonade Swirl. I PROMISE you will not find a better nail tech & for anyone that told that bald-headed lie that Andy doesn't know how to do nails, fight me! The salon may not look upscale, but are you going to the salon for the decor or to receive great service?! I've been to the Pink Nail Bar & its beautiful, but my nails came out horrible! Thanks again you guys, especially my boy Andy!

HORRIBLE PLACE!! I walked in and asked did they have sns dipping powder and she said yes when I sat down she didn't even know how to remove the sns powder! Then I asked are you sure you know what your doing and of course she said yes then started to get the powder ready as if I have fake nails on for a overlay!!! I'm extremely upset at this point so I told her why would you lie she simply acted as if I had no idea what I was talking about so she said fine 15 7for eye Brow 8for take off!!! I said no give me a mani instead so she does( she had me using a fan to dry ) so when I go to switch over to the drying area that's broke! So I go back to the fan and then she tells me okay your done! I talk 2 ft over to grab a drink and guess what??? My nails messed up !!!!!!

I had one of those rare unusual experiences here. In short, not good experience with my stylist but…read morea very good customer service experience from the management and everyone else whom I encountered with. Long story! I may not return to my stylist however out of respect I wouldn't disclose my stylist name. I went in there for a consult with my frizzy hair and also wanted to do root touch up. I have had highlights from before. During my consultation, I was suggested by my stylist to do a hair keratin treatment. And she/he dint really talk about the root touch up, which was fine to me too. On my hair service day, when my root touch up was about to start, she/he asked me if I want to keep my highlights. I said yah, would like to keep my highlights. She/he also said that since some of my grey roots were longer more than about an inch, I'd be charged for a single process color $95 instead of root touch up $75. I gave my okay to that. Then work got started and all of my services were completed. Next day, I noticed several grey hairs still. I called up with my concern on the following business day. I was asked to come in so that my stylist can have a look. I went in there greeted my stylist asked how are you doing. She/he responded in a rude tone. Then after I addressed my concern, she/he went on raising her/his voice incrementally blaming me that I wanted to keep my highlights and that my greys were too long. I have to mention that I had been calm all throughout. For me it was not a big deal, it was just a minor error, which can be corrected easily. I dint go there to complain or scream at anyone, just wanted to see if that can be corrected. She/he made a huge deal out of it. She/he made me feel like it was my mistake that I had a complicated hair service request. Well, I'd say any professional's potential is tested on how one copes to new challenges. However, shout out to Teresa at customer service for the way she handled the situation. She was there to witness. She said that she'd let her manage know and gave me a form to fill up. Meanwhile, my stylist stormed out of the salon. Teresa was so empathetic! She dint assure me anything just said that she'd follow up with her manager. But, had been so compassionate throughout. It was a challenging situation for her too. She reacted so well at the situation, without taking anyones side. To me, unlike my stylist, she really thrived at her challenge! Following day, I got a call from their manager and she was really very nice as well! She set me up an appointment with another stylist to see what they can do. My second stylist tried to fix it as much as she could, which is all I wanted. Too much of unnecessary drama by my stylist. It'd have been solved right there, all she/he needed to do was tell me how you can help and if not explain to me what repercussions it may have to my hair. For the whole trauma that I had to go through, I'd have given a 1 star. However, for everyone else and everything else at this place I'd have to give a 4 star.

I went here with a friend for a couples massage during a midweek spa visit, thinking it would be a…read morerelaxing experience since it was not very busy. I had actually been here a few years ago and remembered it being decent, which is why I suggested it. Unfortunately, this visit was one of the worst massage experiences I have ever had. Before the appointment, we both clearly noted that we wanted strong pressure and listed the areas that needed attention. I specifically mentioned knots in my back and neck, and my friend noted pain and tension in her shoulders and upper back. Despite that, there was almost no pressure during either of our massages. I even asked during the session for more pressure, but I was ignored. The entire experience was uncomfortable. During the hot compress and hot stone portion, one of the therapists kept placing the hot stones directly on the massage bed near me. Because of that, I kept accidentally touching them during the massage, and they were hot enough to burn me. More than once I reacted because it hurt. My friend even asked me if I was okay because she could hear me reacting. At first she thought maybe it was from too much pressure, but I told her it was actually because the hot stones kept burning me where they had been left on the bed. The therapist was aware this was happening and still did not move them or put them somewhere safer. That was not only uncomfortable, it felt careless and unsafe. When it came time for the actual massage, very little oil was used, to the point that it felt rough and uncomfortable on the skin. I asked for more oil more than once and again was ignored. Since it was supposed to be a quiet and relaxing environment, I did not want to make a scene, and I assumed maybe my friend was having a better experience, so I tried to get through it. Afterward, my friend immediately said she also had a bad experience. She mentioned that she usually relaxes enough to fall asleep during massages, but this time she could not because it was so uncomfortable. She also said she barely felt like she received a real massage and that her problem areas were not addressed at all. We both had very specific tension points, and neither of us felt that those areas were worked on in any meaningful way. What made the situation worse was how it was handled at the front desk and by the manager. When I politely explained that neither of us had a good experience, the first response I got was asking whether I was paying for both services together or separately. There was no acknowledgment of the complaint itself. When I asked if there was a manager or owner I could speak with, one of the front desk staff walked away without explaining what was happening, while the other just continued processing payment. When the manager finally came out, her response was dismissive and defensive. Instead of listening, she basically implied that even though I requested strong pressure, the therapist may not have been able to provide it because of my body size and because the therapist was smaller. That was inappropriate and unprofessional. If that was truly the issue, it should have been communicated beforehand instead of giving me a poor service and then explaining it away afterward. I also specifically mentioned the issue with the hot stones burning me and being left on the bed, and that concern was completely ignored as well. That was one of the most upsetting parts of the experience because it was a legitimate safety issue, not just a matter of preference. I also got the impression that the therapists were inexperienced. The manager's attitude only made things worse. She kept focusing on the payment and mentioned that she could have given 10% off, as though that addressed the actual problem. I was never refusing to pay. I simply wanted the business to acknowledge that the service was poor and handle the complaint professionally. Even the refund and recharge process for the discount turned into an awkward and unnecessary ordeal. On top of that, the manager suggested bringing the therapist out to question things directly, which felt confrontational and uncomfortable, especially since we were calm and respectful the entire time. Overall, the massage itself was poor, but the customer service afterward was what really guaranteed I will not return. There are too many good massage places in Houston to spend money somewhere that provides such an uncomfortable experience and then responds with attitude instead of accountability. I would not recommend this place.

I heard from a colleague this was one of the best Thai massage places in the Houston area so I had…read moreto try it. They were a long way from my house, but ended up being well worth it. As other yelpers indicate, you are greeted with tea on your way in and I chose a mimosa on the way out. Then, they give you slippers to walk from the lobby to your room. Mine were way too large and kept coming off down the hallway. The massage I chose lasted 1 hour and the best part of course was when they walk on you since they get a little deeper that way. It's just a completely different feeling than a masseuse using their hands. Overall, customer service was excellent throughout the entire visit from all employees. The interior appeared to be fairly clean as well, as this is a legit massage place.
