It is right off the highway and has plentiful free parking in the lot right in front. You could probably walk here from nearby hotels if you wanted to. Every area that I glimpsed was immaculately clean. And, thankfully, no strong scents (like essential oils) that are sometimes found in spas since for me they trigger migraines. They had nice, relaxing music playing at exactly the right volume (you could ignore it or you could listen and breathe into it). The entire ambiance was relaxing which I needed (also 5 stars)! I was greeted immediately by the front desk staff. Everyone was very friendly during the visit. However, they had no record of the appointment that I made one week prior (for 1 hour deep tissue, +hot stones with a female masseuse). She offered me a male masseuse, which I refused, but they were still able to accommodate my appointment and brought be back to a treatment room immediately. Once I undressed, a female who spoke English entered, introduced herself and she began the massage without providing a bolster for my ankles. She said she couldn't use hot stones because "they would fall off." They do not ask you beforehand if you have any prior injuries or pre-existing medical conditions or if there is something specifically you want them to work on. Then after a couple of minutes, two more women entered. One woman said, in rather broken English, that the woman who had started massaging me was new and hadn't been hired yet because they didn't know if her massages were good or not. This was a bit concerning and did not contribute to my desired state of relaxation. She left a second woman with me to begin the massage again. This masseuse did not speak much English (except things like "deeper" or "lighter" for pressure and "it's okay?"). This made it difficult to communicate exactly what I wanted and needed her to work on or where I was hurting exactly and what to avoid. The massage itself was okay but not excellent (3 stars). She definitely WAS able to provide consistent, deep tissue pressure. Even if you are a man or need really deep pressure, I think you would have been happy with the pressure. She also lessened the pressure when I asked. I started laying on my stomach and she did my neck, back, arms, glutes and legs. I did get a few passes with the hot stones, although I was expecting something different like I have received elsewhere. When I flipped over on my back, she did my face, head and more of my arms, legs and feet. I was more relaxed when I left than when I arrived, but I did not feel that she was as specific with anatomy like most massages I have received in the past and she didn't work out all of the knots in my back around my shoulder blades. I have been in a great deal of pain in my neck plus a headache the day following the massage. They do accept credit cards (for a small additional charge) as stated in other reviews. Their pricing is reasonable for an hour. I was told that you can make your reservation online, which I would definitely do next time if I return since they had no record of the appointment I made by phone.

Chiropractic, PT etc etc...my best relief has been Thai massage. I'm at Texas motor speedway for two weeks and was looking for a mobile massage and found Nicole' Coffey on Yelp. While relaxation and pampering are nice, I prefer to do therapy that addresses my pain and provide relief. When given the option this evening, I chose the constructive painful path and have NEVER been more grateful for the work and time Nicole put in! After over 200 massages at least, this is the best one I've ever had and she provided coaching on daily stretches customized to my challenges. Had no idea I had 3 ribs out of alignment, 3 vertebrae also and collarbone out on both sides and she fixed all of it!She's also a post-operative specialist and shared insight and guidance no other Dr or massage/pt therapist ever has. I have 3 titanium discs in my cervical spine from a ski crash that I waited to treat until two years ago and she told me things about my injury just by feel. She is worth traveling here to see and learned some people do. I am so grateful knowing that I found her here on Yelp and what an amazing result! She also refused my tip and went a bit over to be sure to coach me on stretching exercises and address issues SHE would not leave unresolved! Healers and humans like her DO exist and wanted to share my gratitude with fellow Yelpers...

So even if I was not in the ideal position (on my stomach or on my back) he was still able to find the places I needed most on my side. This was not only impressive but for someone who loves massages and pregnant made me feel great afterwards. He is also very knowledgeable in overall wellness for your body which is assuring from a massage therapist. He knows what he is doing. He doesn't talk throughout the massage and uses the appropriate pressure that you request. I can't wait to continue with my massages throughout my pregnancy and hopefully get a regular massage post pregnancy. Although he was a little late in starting the massage he still gave me extra time which I really appreciated. I did participate in the deal that he offers which is I believe 10 or 12 massages for $30 each for services throughout my pregnancy and I'm quite excited. The spa itself was clean and comfortable. I was on the hydrolic heated bed which was great. The music wasn't loud and it was very relaxing. I'm pregnant and the smell also wasn't overpowering at all. People have commented on his "car sales pitch" on his offer for massage but it seems he is just passionate and enjoys talking about his craft and the importance of it. If he wasn't good at massages it would be completely different. If you are in the area definitely give him a shot. He's great!
