Life was "lifeing" and I desperately needed a ME day. I've been coming here on and off for years and knew I needed to be seated here for this experience. You're always greeted when you come through the doors and also asked which service you're in for. When I sat in that magical chair and turned in the massage feature, ‍. The pedicure came out beautifully but I most enjoyed the foot and leg massage. It seemed as if she knew that my left leg had been giving me issues so she worked intensely but not too aggressively at aiding in it feeling better... and it DID! I know that I'll be back! Thank you! read more

I got a manicure and pedicure. It's was ok. Not bad but not amazing. I would go back.

First time with Bella getting my nails done (2nd time there). She acted like I was bothering her when I told her how I would like my nails manicured. She has never seen me before and had no idea about my nail preferences. I politely explained (or tried to while she was on the phone) what color, the width, the length-- but I was rudely cut off with "I know, I know..." with an annoyed tone and then went back to talking on her phone. She was huffing in her tone to her friend. Language is language-- you know when you are being complained about right in front of your face. I told her repeatedly to please leave my nails wide and do not make them thin. "Yay, yay," she said with a rude tone cutting me off. She filed them thinly on the sides -- I told her again, this is not what I asked for -- I was polite when I told her yet again to leave them wide. She then said, "you told me you wanted them thin!" By the way, there was no language barrier. She was more interested in her own conversation than what the customer wanted. In the end, I gave up and she finished my nails. I paid her AND tipped her anyway, and told her that I have never been treated so rudely and that I will not be back. I am not one of those women who are incredibly picky about their nails-- not everything has to be perfect-- but to be completely disregarded and then have someone perform a service the opposite of what you asked for is BAD BUSINESS. I work hard for my money and to be treated like trash, as a customer, especially in the South -- I'm sorry, but this ticks me off. I will find another place that actually listens to the customer, and who has manners and the decency to actually listen to the customers preferences. Worst pedicure that I have ever had. Ever. Just moved to the area and thought we would try a new salon. This place is dirty. The man kept pointing, over and over, at a card that showed two different costs for pedicures. He completely ignored me as I kept asking how the two services were different. Finally the woman next to me just told me to go for the regular. He wasn't even going to clip my nails, I had to tell him. He filed them unevenly and, with horrible polish, finished with a terrible paint job. I paid because I wanted to leave. The next day I had to file and repaint myself. What a waste. Do not go to this place. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Goodness gracious I would love for a refund. Bella convinced me that the other salon I went to told me false information, and that I should trust her. Turns out it was the complete opposite! She wanted to do the quicker option because it was close to closing time, and she wanted me to choose the more expensive option. There was 0 filing, cuticle or nail care. Nails were cracking after the first day. The started a third of the way up from my nail bed so they looked immediately grown out. It took the salon I usually go to an hour and a half to take off all the crap on my nails to prevent total damage. read more

I wish I could leave no stars. I picked out a color which I'm was pink and sparkles. Then when the nail tech was about to paint my nails she did not have much polish left in the jar, so she went to the back and added something to the polish. After it was painted my nails weren't even sparkly and instead were neon orange. Fine. I picked a new color for my finger nails. After it was done, they sat me at the dryer which barely worked. Then they were packing up about an hour before close and actually told me to leave and be careful with my nails. Well, now I am home and most of nails are ruined because I had to drive with wet nails. I will not come back. I don't think anyone should ever go here. They were rude, and unsanitary as the towels they had my hands on were definitely used and dirty. read more

Excellent service. Got in without an appointment on a Wednesday evening, by accident (I'd called ahead to a different shop, but drove to this one instead. Not disappointed at all about that!) Cost was $35 for a mani-French-gel by their tech named Tracy. She was very sweet, actually took the time to engage in conversation (instead of ignoring me, yelling at co-workers in another language or being plugged it her phone... I'm just stating what I know many people have experienced!). Tracy was very good, quick and careful. I asked for thick white coat, square shape with rounded corners, and one light pink nail. Spot on! Lots of gel colours to choose from (even those were well organized and clean). The salon is very clean, including the entrance, glass, floors, counters, tech tables and bathrooms. The foot tubs also looked clean. Everything was well spaced out and organized. That's a very important factor. This took about one hour. Perfect for me. I'd rather there be more care given to the actual work being done on my nails/cuticles and prep, than to have a hand and forearm massage with greasy cream. They use a small amount of cuticle cream at the very end, so you can leave there without having to mop up extra grease before handing keys/purse/phone like other nail salons I've been to. Lots of parking since this is in a small strip-mall. Conveniently located next to other shops (including a frozen yogurt place that Tracy recommended!) Only things I was not keen on were: no military discount (that should totally be offered!) and not being asked to wash my hands after mani, before gel application. Seemed to me like there was a bit of nail dust still left over. I would have also liked to see my tech wash her hands before working on my hands. Overall excellent experience. Will return for sure, as long as this gel lasts more than 10 days, since that is what I expect and have gotten at other salons in the past. (I almost got my toes done, just polish for $12, but will wait until next time.) read more

Top Nail - Gel French Mani, by tech named Tracy. Excellent job. Will post again if it chips sooner than 10 days. - Nail Salons Near Me - Summerville, South Carolina

I have NEVER had a worse manicure in my life. My technician rushed through in less than 10 minutes and you could definitely tell by the finished product. While I was waiting for my daughters to be complete I had time to look over mine and I was disgusted. My 5 year old could've painted them better. I stressed how unhappy I was and that I would like them to just take off the polish and be done with it. He told me multiple times that the reason my nails looked awful was because they were natural nails and the only way for them to look nice was to get fake nails. When all was said and done I left with crooked, rough, snagged ugly nails. Not only was that the case, but he also still charged me regardless of how I felt about the service. Do yourself a favor and find a different salon, this one isn't worth it. read more

I went here on March 4th with a friend for a pedicure. It is now March 5th and I have athletes foot. We both got "deluxe" pedicures which included a lavender scrub and lotion. The scrub was extremely rough and they rubbed so hard that it turned my skin red. They also used a scrubber brush on the tops of our feet that was very rough and frayed and they scrubbed so hard my feet burned. If I had to guess what gave me the athletes foot, it would be the brush. I wasn't paying close enough attention when he first got it out to see if it looked clean or not. At the end of the pedicure, my person left to do another woman's pedicure and the woman doing my friends pedicure turned her attention to me. She slapped my lotion on and pulled my leggings down immediately which of course got lotion all over them. She did the same to my friend. All in all, we have been able to laugh about the whole experience but I would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone. read more

BUYER BEWARE. Went today for a Pedicure, asked for the $30 regular pedicure. Even pointed to it. Gave $40.00 cash and waited for my changes. She finally came over and said the charge was $40 for a deluxe. I said I wanted the regular for $30. Nope she used Lavender cream so she charged me $40. I left, and keep asking why I continue to return. I have finally learned. read more

I have been getting my nails done for more years than i can remember. Never had i had an issue like this in my life. TOP NAILS on orangeburg rd and Central, near Publix is NOT the place to go. I went in for a full set along with pedis etc. I come back with my fingernails looking like a 5 year olds. The acrylic nail was placed too far on to my nail. Making them all look like toe nails. My nails were originally a decent length, the guy cut them as normal in order to place the nail. I left 1015am, realized later how bad it really was as well as other issues like varied nail length on other fingers etc. And by 11, i was back in. I asked the lady if they could fix them because they were looking a bit "odd" she agreed the lengths were uneven at first then called the guy that had done the work, he argued that no, they are always done that way etc. Then tells me that if thought they were wrong i should have said something prior to leaving. I told him i didnt realize something was wrong until i made a close inspection. He said he wasnt going to fix them, that he was busy and told me to talk to another female. The female who i thought was the manager, tells me that in 1 week or so they will be lined up perfect. I told her i didnt want them fir next week, i wanted them for an event tomorrow. Then argues the nails were placed correctly. When she sees the length of the nails, she sees now that they are "perfect" according to her. Another customer asked to see them, she agreed with a "wow, they are way off". The guy jumps in and says, well, your not getting your money back, we can take them off and fix them but we are going to charge you again. I told the female that i only wanted them fixed not refunded. She said she would, for 35$ more. Eventually i was so livid, that i said ok, no refund? Fine, take them off. Get these things off my hands. Guy steps in grabbing my hand explaining again that they were perfect, told him not to touch me and that i was no longer speaking to him nor was he to speak to me. Turned to the female who then had the other rep remove the nails. The guy still arguing that im not getting my money back blah blah blah. I took this picture to show how far in they were placed. Even then they argued that they didnt put the nail in the pic, but that the picture shows exactly what they would do. I told her, i just took this 2 sec ago! She says, see its the same as us. Smmfknhead! Nice bunch of idiots! All i wanted was for them to be fixed. Never going to them again! read more

I used to come here with a few friends to use the service, and it's really bad, everything is old and dirty, towels like 10 years old, I see them using residual cream of other people and put it on my feet, they did it very quickly and took money, I didn't relax at all, they talked very rude. Service and price is not appropriate, I will not come back again! * I even saw cockroaches and flies around me, all stinking * read more

I love the way they do my nails, but this is the third time I have had difficulty with appointments. One time the whole shop was closed, one time the guy wasn't there for my appointment and today they couldn't tell me when the people doing my nails would be back to work. I'm trying other nail salons. read more

They did a decent job but I waited 2 hours. It was busy but not that busy. They literally were bouncing from customer to customer doing a nail or two here then running to someone else. They also took a bunch of pedicures ahead of everyone. I think they are a little over priced as well. I went because very few places around town are open on Sundays but I was not very impressed. read more

Not my favorite nail salon, but I'll go there. Their pedicures and manicures are ok. Across the street is better, you pay a couple of dollars more, but it's better. They also have their kids running around there. All in all, it's an ok place to go. read more

I went in for a fill-in, was only missing 3 nails. The lady asked me to choose a color. I noticed they didn't have the color I wanted, which wasn't a problem to me ( I'll just paint them at the house) once she started she asked me if I choose my color, told her I wasn't going to do a color. She went ahead and started talking mess about me and "how I wasn't going to leave a tip because I wasn't getting my nails painted." (Which wasn't the case) didn't care for the colors they had especially If I had the color of my choice at my house. She didn't even shape the 3 nails nor file my nails down. I ended up paying $35 dollars and I sure didn't leave a tip either. She choose to over charge me and gave me an half ass job because I wasn't getting my nails painted. What's the big deal with just coming in for a fill in?? If I could I would give y'all NO STAR, but unfortunately yelp is nice enough before you can post a review you have to choose a star read more

The worse manicure I have had. I let her know that I needed extra attention to my cuticles and that was ignored. When I mentioned it to her again as I could see she was not doing a good job she told me to just stop looking so much. She smudged my nail two times, as she was trying to give me a hand massage that she didn't want to do but I had mentioned it to another customer how horrible of a job she did and she was told to come back and do it.... no thank you, it defeats the whole purpose of having a hand massage when you have to be afraid to touch the hand with wet polish on it. Never will go back. I should have looked at the ratings before going. Waste of money. read more

Hate leaving bad reviews, but also look to Yelp on where to go - this isn't the place! So filthy dirty, mold, dead flies, and looks like it's been this way awhile. Good location & super convenient, but highly recommend going further out for cleanliness and a better experience! read more

I went in on a Saturday they were bouncing around like crazy, I got a French tip paint. By Tues every fingernail had huge paint chips out of them. I go back Thursday to get them redone. There was four people in there ( no one else waiting). I said I wanted a paint, they say "you want pedicure" I say No, " You want manicure" I say No , I want a paint. Then they never spoke to me again. I sat there for 15 mins waiting. I watched them finish with customers and walk in the back and never come back. So I left. This is by far the Worst Salon I've ever been to in my life!! I have been getting lashes for 10 yrs and the lady who did my lashes claimed she had been doing lashes for 10'yrs.... NOT!! First, she was very ruff and wore rings on her fingers that dug into my face as she attempted to put the lashes on. Next, she had no fan and my eyes were constantly burning& tearing from the lash glue. Finally, the very next day, most of the lashes from one eye had fallen off! I had to go back twice within 5 days to have her to fix them.. She eventually gave me $20 of the $25 I paid but was very rude about it, like it was my fault that she did a Poor Job. If you want to waste gas, time and money go there.. If not stay far, far away!! read more

Called ahead to see if we could come in for for pedicures. Person on the phone so yes that would be fine we will take care of you. Got there at exactly 1255 and told her I had called and she said yes for pedicures at one. She then at 1:15 set us in the chairs with the water. At 1:30 they started to work on one of the girls while the rest of our water had gone cold. Well sitting there I observed the person next to me who had just gotten done getting a pedicure they did not sanitize the bowl or the chair after she had left and proceeded to put another person in that chair. At this point I am freaking out because I have my feet in this bowl which obviously is not properly sanitized. I watch them finish a pedicure on my daughters friend and take the same items they used on her feet to start a pedicure on my daughters feet meanwhile me and the other mom are still waiting it is now 1:40! I took my feet out put my flip-flops back on and decided that we would not have time for the moms to get their pedicures done and would only wait for the kids to get their's. I was blown away by the lack of sanitization, professionalism and overall atmosphere. I thought at least while I waited I would get a good massage from the chair but mine didn't even work. Very sad because we had gone before about a year ago with no problems and it was very clean things have gone downhill and we will not be returning. I remembered the last place I went before top nail and it was called nail world they were extremely pleasant great atmosphere very professional and each set of equipment used is obviously cleaned or sterilized with a lot of it being purposed for one time use only. I will be going there from now on. With the knowledge that a lot of parasites and bacteria are transferred from the bottom of the feet I feel very uncomfortable with this place as a business treating customers without sanitizing our cleaning the equipment!! read more
