The work for my car was supposed to be done in 4 days as they promised but as of now it has been 3 weeks and still has not been completed. The job was simple, the shark fin antenna attached to the roof had been pulled out and damaged. Every week I have called the shop, and different people have picked up the phone saying we just painted it and it'll be ready tomorrow but that never happened. After 3 weeks they called me and said it is ready to pick up, and I arrived, checked the antenna, and saw that it didn't fit properly, which can cause water to leak inside if it rains. I pick up my car with a lot of risk still the antenna didn't fit properly also if I don't pay by check they will charge me 3.5 percent fee and if I don't pick up my car as soon as possible they will charge me storage fee. Another one when you go in the afternoon except one person no one ther in the shop. I ask where are the employee the guy said all employee they work from 4:30 AM to 2:30 PM but the sign show working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

A large bubble was not there when I dropped it off and this thing was already primed. So for all this hassle, she paid full price and a 3.5% fee for the card. Will absolutely never use this company again. Avoid them. I was going to have some rust removed by them. Nope! I wouldn't trust them with anything again.

WARNING!! BEWARE!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the 6th vehicle I've brought to…read moreGales. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars here in the past. Gales had treated me fairly in the past, so I have returned the favor with my loyalty as a local customer. Unfortunately, Gales sold out to a corporate company called Classic Collision and things are no longer the same here. Tony was my estimator, and my bill was paid out of pocket. The final bill came in at $1,971 more than Tony's original estimate (over 25%). $697 of this was due to their installer breaking my windshield. In the contract I had signed, it stated that "estimate for visible damages only." "All repairs subject to change for part price increases and/or possible hidden damages." My windshield was a result of neither. The installer broke my windshield during the paint job, and Tony made me pay for it. I told him I could not afford to pay this unexpected added cost, especially on top of his other unexpected and added costs. I was threatened with storage fees if I did not come pick up my truck and pay in full. I did my due diligence, and I called around to reputable glass companies. I received quotes for how much would it be glass companies to replace the exact same windshield, in my driveway. I was shocked to hear that Gales/Classic had charged me several hundred dollars more than any and all reputable local glass shops that I had contacted. On top of that, Gales/Classic used aftermarket/non original parts without my consent. The windshield on my truck was an original/OEM, and without cracks or damage. I brought the significant price difference to Tony's attention. He refused to drop the price and proceeded to argue with me on his lobby. I ended up going home without my truck. A week later they assured me that they would not budge on the price, and that they were sticking with the bill on this overpriced aftermarket windshield that their installer broke while my vehicle was in their possession. I ended up paying the bill, but my attorney is assuring me that we will win this in court. What has occurred here was nothing less than criminal! When you break something, you should fix it! You have lost a loyal, lifetime customer.

I went in for warranty work and was assured that this would be figured out and that management would reach out with further info.....NOPE, it seems they do not care to follow through with their word. Any sort of issue to be dealt with has no sense of urgency or care for their clients. I will no longer be recommending classic after my personal experience with them.
