WARNING!! BEWARE!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the 6th vehicle I've brought to Gales. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars here in the past. Gales had treated me fairly in the past, so I have returned the favor with my loyalty as a local customer. Unfortunately, Gales sold out to a corporate company called Classic Collision and things are no longer the same here. Tony was my estimator, and my bill was paid out of pocket. The final bill came in at $1,971 more than Tony's original estimate (over 25%). $697 of this was due to their installer breaking my windshield. In the contract I had signed, it stated that "estimate for visible damages only." "All repairs subject to change for part price increases and/or possible hidden damages." My windshield was a result of neither. The installer broke my windshield during the paint job, and Tony made me pay for it. I told him I could not afford to pay this unexpected added cost, especially on top of his other unexpected and added costs. I was threatened with storage fees if I did not come pick up my truck and pay in full. I did my due diligence, and I called around to reputable glass companies. I received quotes for how much would it be glass companies to replace the exact same windshield, in my driveway. I was shocked to hear that Gales/Classic had charged me several hundred dollars more than any and all reputable local glass shops that I had contacted. On top of that, Gales/Classic used aftermarket/non original parts without my consent. The windshield on my truck was an original/OEM, and without cracks or damage. I brought the significant price difference to Tony's attention. He refused to drop the price and proceeded to argue with me on his lobby. I ended up going home without my truck. A week later they assured me that they would not budge on the price, and that they were sticking with the bill on this overpriced aftermarket windshield that their installer broke while my vehicle was in their possession. I ended up paying the bill, but my attorney is assuring me that we will win this in court. What has occurred here was nothing less than criminal! When you break something, you should fix it! You have lost a loyal, lifetime customer. read more

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! I have had nothing but issues with Gales auto body and was hoping that classic collision would've been different....the front desk assistant was awesome to work with but quickly realized that some management I had to deal with, moved over from gales and aren't great gentleman to work with. I went in for warranty work and was assured that this would be figured out and that management would reach out with further info.....NOPE, it seems they do not care to follow through with their word. Any sort of issue to be dealt with has no sense of urgency or care for their clients. I will no longer be recommending classic after my personal experience with them. read more

Had my car there for repair told it would take 3 to 4 days. I was notified on day 4 that oh now they found Addt damage I feel this should of been found day 1 , thus parts were than ordered on a Fri. They said parts would there mon and said than it would be done thurs. Of course thurs came I ended up calling .than they said the 1 part was broke and had it being shipped and it would be there late that day. And would be fixed in couple hrs fri. Of course now it's been ike 6 hrs of work today and now they say they can't get it aligned. I don't have money fo t car rental and have urgent medical appt tomorrow. I am disgusted by this slow service and feel ALL damage should of been found day 1 when my car was taken apart. Not last day when it was supposed to be put back together. I believe that because o had been in hospital my car was pit on a back burner for its repair. I really needed my car a week ago . And now these urgent appts will pbly be canceled . I was referred to Gales Auto Body by Progressive Insurance, (Not My Ins. Co.) A new bumper guard and chrome piece was needed on the front. The piece was painted and everything finished in 2 days. From stepping in the door to having Mike take care of me, I can't rave enough about the customer service attention to details that Gales Auto Body does. I know its 3 strikes and you're out, but 2 is enough for me. First time visit 5 years ago, they had my vehicle for over 2 weeks, then couldn't start it so they had me tow to our dealership to get fixed. Went in today for a scheduled repair, and their estimated date of return was 1 week longer than promised. I did not leave the car with them as they were extremely rude about it. read more

First off the bat this company is the most unprofessional company I've ever used in my life initially during the process when you drop off the car you would expect when the manager walks around and looks of your vehicle they would have a pen and pad of paper and hand jotting down notes as far as for mileage and any damage is done to your car and any other things that should be noted and he did not do that when I left I was like what do you need the keys he's like oh yeah good luck whoever goes back to this business or goes to this business read more

Okay... So i got my car back and I'm not happy. I will at least start with what I appreciated. My car looks nice. The front bumper was repaired and they vacuumed out my car and wiped my windshield down. Now when I make sharp right turns, my passenger tire rubs up against something that it never rubbed up against before going to Gales. The noise that I mentioned to Mike, under my car, was never fixed, though he told me he had his people check for it, but didn't hear it. As soon as i drove off, i heard the noise again; he did NOT check for the noise. I suppose he assumes that the said noise isn't related to the lose i received with my car. I would never go back, I would never send anyone there and I asked Progressive ( who referred me) to stop referring people to them. read more

Horrible company, very crooked. They say one thing and do another. They were supposed to fix a dent and paint the whole side of the vehicle and only painted the base on one side of the car. Do NOT bring your vehicle here! Allan is a scammer, no integrity. read more

We've now had our same van fixed twice at this body shop. The staff is VERY professional, and they get the job done right. They work directly with your insurance (if it was an accident) and just call when it's ready to go. They have a drop off slot and Enterprise is just next door if you want to rent a car while yours is getting fixed. Great location! We will be back. read more

Gale's Auto Body did a wonderful job fixing my car after a fender bender this past week. It's always complicated when dealing with insurance but they were always very honest and contacting me every day via email and phone conversations on the process. Would definitely use them again if needed and would recommend to others. But hopefully I won't be needing them too soon! Also so nice to receive my car back clean...it's the little things to show they care. read more

I am very impressed how professional and friendly the staff is at Gale's Auto Body. My vehicle was in there for an extensive amount of time after colliding with some deer. They gave me constant updates on the vehicle and even provided a rental after my insurance wouldn't cover it after so many days. They are honest and work well with insurance companies. They made sure to get new parts with warranty and I got a detailed report on everything that was done. I did have some needed paint touch up after getting my vehicle back. They again provided a rental and repaired it with no further issues. For how damaged the vehicle was the truck runs perfectly like it did before. I would strongly recommend Gale's! read more

My car should have been totaled. But they must have needed the work (money). After two attempts to properly repair my car I've given up. The hood and fenders do not line up properly, and the gaps between them vary and are to wide. There are loose bolts, parts not installed just laying under the hood. Parts not installed correctly. Parts missing! One headlamp pointing down the other pointing up. You can see the core support is off to one side causing misalignment of the headlamps, bumper cover hood and fenders.
