So mid Nov comes, David arrives and cleans the FP, charges us several hundred dollars and 5 minutes after he leaves it goes off again. I called immediately and left a message. A woman said they needed to order a part. We've called half a dozen times since then and get no response. It's been weeks and no one has even given us a single update. We either get the answering machine or a woman tells us she'll let David know we called. I'm so very frustrated over this. We've had this gas fireplace for many years and have never had a service issue with the former owner. I really miss having it on!

Using his underlayment paper and my roofing shingles left over from a reroofing job performed 8 years ago, he tore out the old paper and reshingled. TG also installed a bathroom exhaust the same day.
