They have ranges for .22 rimfire rifle and pistol, metal plates for all calibers, a steel challenge course, a shotgun field and ranges for full auto. The range is located in a wooden area with valleys and streams and is aesthetically quite beautiful. I highly recommend it to anyone. Prices are fair with different levels of membership based on how many ranges one wants to access. The 400 yard range is a step up as is the steel challenge course. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed. Rick

DCSR is a very good range to spend time with family learning firearm safety and marksmanship. What's exceptional about this place is it is ran by some really nice people. The business owner, the store staff and the RSO (range safety officers) will help you in any way. Just outstanding customer service. And no, this is not BS. Not to bash Atterbury Shooting Complex but they need to learn from Deer Creek staff in customer service. They have firearm sales and rental, consignments, firearm parts, reloading supplies, they also sell reloaded ammo. They have bullseye competitions which is beginner friendly. Their bays are 10yd, 25yd, 50yd and a 100yd. They can help zero your rifle if you don't know how. Overall, I highly recommend this place. He then stated my wife wasnt holding her gun correctly and was going to show her how to hold a gun. He moved towards her and I stepped in between them. I told him to go back to his area to watch the range. My wife was holding her gun correctly as she was knocking out the bullseye. She is very attractive and I feel this was a pervy way to get close to her. Very weird man. I also heard him on the speaker phone with a customer inquiring about the range. He talked very indignant to the customer. The range is nice but this employee on 10/30/24 around noon made the whole experience bad.

I tried to find other shooting ranges close to me that wasn't Crawfordsville. I will not deal with the Crawfordsville Gun Club or my town. I want to travel far from it to shoot. Linden is the only one around and close kinda. Others are either filled with rules,overpriced,and/or a joke. This place is the way to go and we need a lot more pistol/rifle ranges like this and less of the brick and mortar indoor ranges with steep fees and time limits. I believe you have to use their ammo in them brick and mortar corporations. Indiana isn't great when it comes to shooting ranges like the Linden Conservation Club. They do it right and we need a LOT more ranges/clubs like Linden. Keep up the solid work guys. I will be back when I get the funds. I highly recommend the Linden Conservation Club. The course instructor, Jeremiah, is a true subject matter expert who has mastered the skills and techniques he teaches. He has boundless energy and enthusiasm for teaching and does a great job of instructing and coaching. Jeremiah is very dedicated to assuring his students fix what's not working and make continuous improvement. Despite the fact he's very good at pistol handling and shooting, he doesn't leave his students feeling inferior. Much of the training involves safety, drawing the weapon from the holster, dry firing, and then live fire after which Jeremiah analyzes each student's target results for corrective action. I highly recommend training with Jeremiah at Panther Ridge. It's a tremendous value and if students approach the course with the right attitude and practice what they are shown, improvement in pistol handling and shooting is guaranteed.
