The only positive part of this experience was the price. Unfortunately, everything else was unacceptable. Customer service was extremely unprofessional and openly hostile -- not only toward me, but also toward the FFL dealer. When the FFL contacted them to resolve the issue, they were told, "Fine, I'll just remove you from the list," despite the fact that the FFL had already requested removal months prior. I was later told by the company that they had never spoken with this FFL before, which directly contradicts documented communication provided by the FFL showing they had asked to be removed over 3 months ago. Because of their failure to update their system, I was placed in a situation where my order would have been shipped to a location that could not accept it -- and I was told I would be responsible for paying a second insured shipping fee, even though the issue was entirely on their end and the item had not yet shipped. Thankfully, my local FFL worked with me and provided proof of prior communication, which made it clear where the breakdown occurred. Canceling my order and blocking me after raising legitimate concerns only reinforces the lack of professionalism and accountability. I will not be doing business with this company again.

Mark greeted us as we entered and he was very friendly and told us information about the business. I told him that I was wanting to rent a shooting lane and my wife was going to observe only. He had us both fill out paperwork and explained the rules of the range. I inquired to Mark about scheduling a training class for my wife. About that time Debbie stepped in and started talking to my wife. My wife told her that she was just going to observe. Debbie offered to assist my wife if she wanted to shoot. My wife was reluctant at first but Debbie made her feel comfortable. Debbie showed my wife safety information, pistol handling, and shooting techniques. My wife emptied 4 or 5 magazines and was so excited. Mark and Debbie are awesome and we are so happy to have found MTM Arms. We highly recommend!
