I made a small mistake with my SUV and a telephone pole. Nothing crazy just a light smush on the left fender. I was backing out of a spot. But Eddie, Shawn and the team made it all disappear. The price was very fair and I'm still outside looking for something wrong which I can't find. What's most impressive, in regard to quality workmanship are two things. One, they clear coated the underside of the hood which most shops would not do. Second, the match on the metallic flake that's in their paint is a SPOT ON match for the factory paint! I'm telling you from quality of work to handling the car from start to finish, with the rental car ease, this shop is top notch.

She repeatedly lied when they were starting work on my car. If I had known it would take them 9 business days from checking parts to START working on my car, I would have insisted on taking my car to an in-network shop. Instead, I was left without a car for 5 weeks. Eventually, she let it slip that the owner of the car dealership owned the auto body repair shop. This place is crooked and I would not trust their estimates, either in terms of money or how long the repairs will take. Also, my car now has a vile smell, despite me saying several times I did not want it to be polished. Every time I step into my car I now get a bad headache. It's the icing on top of the cake.

I went to get a estimate for a recent accident I was in and awaiting the insurance check. I do not remember the ladies name who helped me, but she was an older adult in her 40-50's and had a office in the back right when you first walk in. I told her I had not planned on having extra time today and wasn't expecting to stop by, so I did not have a copy of my estimate. Not realizing the importance of the estimate, I told her I would go home (10 minutes away) and come back with the estimate. She said no no no it is okay (while rolling her eyes, as if she did not want to) I will call and she had me sit there while she called and was on the phone for 25 minutes. It felt like forever and was really uncomfortable for me. After getting off the phone she was rude, cutting me off, rolling her eyes and I felt like overall she was judging me. I stressed again it was no issue for me to run home and get the estimate, but she kept saying no need she'd get it from my insurance. She did look at my car... For a second while scoffing the whole time. That isn't the worse part. She told me she would call me back when she got the estimate from the insurance. I called about a week later an appropriate amount of time to get a estimate and ended up having to leave a message. I heard nothing hours, days, and months go by. Over ONE MONTH later auto hassle body has a nerve to call me and leave a voicemail regarding my inquiry of repairing my vehicle. Needless to say I will NEVER go to this place based on the actions of their employees. I must say I can not have a opinion on their actually body work because it never got that far.
