You simply pick a drink, peel off the lid, place it in the machine, and pick the thickness desired. The choices are thin, regular and thick. I picked regular and the machine ran for about a minute. When it's done, you have a 12-oz drink for $3.99. You grab a lid, straw, and spoon. My chocolate shake wasn't super sweet, but it was smooth and well blended. There's no ice crystals in the shake. There seems to be variety of shakes and fruit drinks.

After I passed my emissions test, they claimed the space between the radio & my dash was a missing check engine light. I made them call their manager and find an image to prove their case.... I refused to accept the fail after all that time & arguing, and I left to run to a dentist appointment I missed anyway bc of these scammers. IN THE END THEY SUBMITTED MY CAR AS FAILED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I HAVE NO RECEIPT OF PAYMENT OR DOCUMENTATION. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.

Right from the moment Tony answered the phone I got the best customer service I've ever experienced…read morefrom a tow company. I had been running around town in a hurry getting ready for my friend's wedding (it was the day of) and totally forgot about gas. My car slowly rolled to a stop and luckily I had gotten enough of my brain back to pull over to the side of the road. After a quick freak out of "why isn't my car working" it donned on me I had no gas. I quickly Googled towing services, looked at reviews and picked Pine Towing. That's when Tony saved my day, he sent out one of the guys who had gas with him and filled me up with 5 gallons! The best part is he only took about 15 minutes to get to me. When I asked Tony how much it was he mentioned their Honest Pricing policy. As a college student hearing things like that makes my heart sing. To get straight to the point Pine Towing was amazing and I will call them if anything happens to my tires, my gas tank or if (knock on wood) I end up needing a tow from an accident.

I asked if she could write Sam's number on the card so I can call him and she wrote the office number where she was at! She was trying to be sly. I called the number and she answered. I wish you the best of luck if you ever have to deal with that thing or this place. She's definitely a pit bull.

My car was barely driveable but was able to be pulled into a private lot until the towing service got there. I called around 12:15pm and the estimated arrival was 1:30pm. However, they called saying they were 10 minutes out little before 1pm, and they were very prompt. I was very pleased by the timeliness of the truck. The driver was very helpful and professional. I could tell he was very knowledgable about what he does. There was a piece of metal wedged into the wheel, and he even got it unwedged so that it wouldn't continue to scrape the tire. I rode all the way to the auto body shop in Walnut Creek (where I live). I wasn't in a very good mood due to the accident so I wasn't super talkative. The guy seemed to respect that, and we rode down the road listening to Spanish radio - so awesome! When we got to the shop, again he was very helpful in getting my car into their lot even though his tow truck wouldn't fit. I thanked him for his service, and he was very nice simply smiling and saying you're welcome. Given the choice, I would have picked a different place based on yelp reviews, but looking back, I'm glad Toyota set me up with this place. I would definitely recommend them!

I honestly had the worst experience here . I was recommended by someone and they mentioned I can do…read morea payment plan so I said hey why not . Drop my car off he breaks my wheel bearing then charges me for it . Comes up with crazy prices $950 for breaks and rotors and the wheel bearing he broke. I've have 10 Diff cars never have I paid that much for breaks and rotors . To me that's outrageous then he said $850 so you really are just making up prices . I begged him not to leave my car over night and to fix the wheel bearing and we will worry about breaks tomorrow. Nope so I had to leave my car in Richmond over night . The next day comes and hours go by I finally get my car he only ends up doing the back . He tells me my car is shaking bad bc of my bad tires . Well 2 days ago before I brought my car my car was driving smooth as a babies bottom. Literally no issues . Get it back and it's a lil bumpy but I get 5 min from my job and it's unbearable. Shaking so bad I had to pull over in an unsafe location on Hwy4 . I get out and my front driver side lug nuts are completely loose . He sends two men out 30+ min later (at this point my job calls me off) they get there and they tighten them but I can tell something was still wrong , I'm still in a unsafe location so I don't look. Then I get back on road and my engine light comes on. Mind you my car was in perfect condition before brining here . I called him and sent pics of my engine he refused to look at it after I told him I did not want to leave my car there overnight. So anyway then a day or 2 later it's back shaking bad, I get out and look and my whole front driver side lug nut is missing broke in half . So when I had the concern something was wrong when the two guys came to fix my tire I was right, they broke my lug nut and did not say anything to me about it. Then I called him and he was trying to give me the hardest time about it when he was the only person working on my car and he already stripped my first lug not on my back passenger tire . To say the least I'm glad he did the payment arrangement because I will never be going back and he will not be getting a full payment from me . I paid $200 and with the work I received and the amount of backlash I got for his shi* work . I think we are even . Plus I'm not paying $150 for a wheel bearing you broke. I just got that tire changed a week before this and they got the tire off perfectly fine . To say the least I had the WORST experience I've ever had at a car shop
