I purchased two vehicles from this dealership in 2026. I reported problems with the first vehicle, a 2002 Toyota Camry, almost immediately after purchase, including A/C problems and dashboard warning lights. It later developed serious engine problems. I then purchased a 2011 Honda Accord Crosstour on July 22. Within weeks, I encountered additional mechanical issues. On August 26, an inspection identified oil leakage, transmission-fluid leakage, and a problem involving the passenger-side CV/axle area. The axle was later replaced. On September 30, the Crosstour experienced another serious failure. Smoke came from the engine compartment, the vehicle lost electrical power, experienced shifting problems, stalled, and became disabled. After these experiences, I asked the dealership to take the Crosstour back and unwind the transaction. They refused and stated that the 30-day/1,000-mile warranty had expired and that the vehicle and repairs were my responsibility. As a repeat customer, I originally trusted this dealership and previously left a positive review. Unfortunately, after my experience with two vehicles and the way my most recent concerns were handled, I no longer recommend this business.

Excellent communication, service, and timely replies. I received a significant discount on the OTD price, even when including the BuySide Auto fee. On top of that, I NEVER had to step into a dealership, talk to a salesperson directly, spend hours playing the "let me ask my manager" game, or have to talk to a Finance manager and repeatedly say NO to unnecessary options. All communication was easily done through email and text, although phone and in-person contact was also available. Process starts with completing a convenient online request. From there, Kim contacted me to fully understand my wishlist, range of optional requirements, and any non-negotiables. After reaching out to their dealer network, within a day she provided a list of potential matches with estimated OTD prices, which included some in SoCal available for transfer to the Bay Area and cars still in production with estimated availability dates. I had a lot of questions and some requests and Kim was very responsive and instrumental in relaying them to the dealer and advocating for me. Even my request to remove all dealer installed options was negotiated by Kim and granted by the dealer with no hassle on my end. I paid the BuySide Auto fee to reserve the car for purchase and when the car was available I opted to pickup at their office in SF. Home delivery to SF is also currently no charge, while delivery outside of the city is available with a modest fee. Upon first contact, I asked if weekend pickup or delivery was available, since their normal hours are on weekdays. Kim made note of it and remembered my preference even after the sale was completed. Chris was able to make himself available for Saturday pickup! We took a walk around the car took a look inside. We spent no more than 10 minutes reviewing and signing paperwork, received my keys, and I was off with my brand new car! Both Kim and Chris were great to work with and I have no hesitation in working with them again for future car purchases.

I worked with Jeric, and I have to give him credit, he provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. Very professional, friendly, communicative, and helpful. The first repair was around $2,000. Unfortunately, after my dad picked up the vehicle, it was still having the same problem, so we had to bring it back again. Jeric called me and explained that they discovered what appeared to be a bigger electrical issue that required additional labor. I approved another roughly $2,000, so altogether we spent over $4,000 on the vehicle. The money wasn't really my issue. My main concern happened when we got the vehicle back. My dad had two pairs of sunglasses inside the car--one in the overhead sunglasses holder and another in the glovebox. When my older sister picked up the vehicle, both were missing. An employee was eventually able to locate one pair, but the second pair is still missing. The missing pair was a pair of DITA sunglasses that cost around $400 and was a birthday gift I gave my dad. To be clear, I am not accusing the dealership or any employee of stealing anything. It could have easily been misplaced, accidentally thrown away, or something else could have happened. I'm a business owner myself, so I try to look at situations objectively. However, when someone spends over $4,000 with your business, I do expect a high level of care, not only with the vehicle, but also with anything inside of it. I'm giving 4 stars because Jeric truly did provide top-tier customer service. The one-star deduction is because it took two separate trips to resolve the original vehicle problem, plus the issue with the missing sunglasses. Time is extremely valuable to me, especially when my family has to make multiple trips back and forth. Thank you again to Jeric for taking care of us and communicating throughout the entire process.

Instead of simply addressing the warranty issue, the service department tried to upsell several maintenance items, including a coolant flush, automatic transmission fluid (ATF) service, tire rotation, and battery checks. Since our mechanic keeps up with the vehicle's maintenance, these recommendations were unnecessary and left us feeling like they were more interested in selling services than taking care of the customer. To make matters worse, we've repeatedly asked to be removed from their mailing list, yet the promotional mail continues to arrive. It's frustrating that such a simple customer request has been ignored. Honest service and respecting customers' wishes should be standard. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience, and because of it, we won't be returning.
