I highly recommend Too Driver. My youngest son just completed their 24 hr virtual classroom and 8 hr driving package. Everything was very straightforward online and if you have questions, customer service was wonderful in answering all that I had! I had to call once to get clarification on a few things, but they were awesome! Signing up for driving is a first come first serve basis. 1st Wednesday of every month the post the sign up schedule for the following month. You sign up online! Easy! almost finished with the whole driving school all of a sudden does not work, i called 3 seeking advice and all the could do is tell me my tablet was no comparable with there website mind you i was 70 percent done. took 3 days to finish one module and couldn't even finish it. I'm going to be honest, this entire experience for getting my license was horrible. the online school was one of the most poorly crafted "professional" schooling I've ever seen. waiting, typos, slides that are way too long. Do not use top driver, and if you do I would go in person. do not put yourself or anyone else through the online school. it's not fun, its dreadful if anything. read more

Top Driver? More like Top Disappointment. We finished the course over 10 business days ago and we're still waiting on the certificate like it's getting shipped from Narnia. We've called, left voicemails, and even tried pulling up in person, but the place is closed tighter than a Chick-fil-A on Sunday. At this point, we might have better luck sending a carrier pigeon. If you enjoy stress, silence, and wasting your time, this is the driving school for you. Otherwise, run--don't walk--to literally anywhere else. read more

Warning: They have an incredibly excessive cancellation fee. My son believed he needed to take a driver's education course for those under 21 because of a new law passed in Ohio. We found out the law had yet to go into effect, and he hadn't started any of the online courses or in-cars. When we went to cancel the course, we were told we would have to pay a $200 cancellation fee on a $469 course--a 43% of the course. If you sign up, make sure you intend to start and/or complete the course. This alone makes me hesitant to recommend them to others. read more

I would give less if I could. My daughter attended every class and passed the test. When I tried to schedule her 'in car driving time' and couldn't, I emailed and called. I was told she missed a class but that's not possible or she could not have taken the test. I fought for several weeks to straighten it out and no one would respond to me. There is only one email and one phone number.They would not give me the name or number to call a supervisor. She never got her drive time. I paid in full up front. The customer service and the web site are both horrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

My three older children went through this driving school pre-pandemic and we had no issues. Based on those experiences, I had no qualms about signing my fourth child up for this program. Unfortunately, our experience this time could not have been more different. I don't know what happened between 2018 and now, but this was nothing like the quality experience that we received in the past. Navigating through two different websites with different logins and passwords was annoying but not a dealbreaker. The online program content seemed similar to content in the past But when it came time to complete in-car lessons, this program was chaotic, unorganized, and plainly unprofessional. It ruined what might have otherwise been a tolerable experience. My son completed the online portion of the program in June. The first in-car lesson was not available until August, and then it was only one date. The next three lessons could not be scheduled until September, and in order to schedule those, I had to sit with the website open on the first Wed of the month at noon when they opened the schedule. Most of the available times were during the school day. We finally made it to his September in-car lessons, only to have the first one cancelled hours before it was due to start. Although I received a test saying that the office would reach out to reschedule, that never happened. I called customer service and was told that I had to once again wait until the first Wed of the following month to schedule. We had to wait until October for him to complete his fourth in-car, FOUR MONTHS from when he completed the didactic portion of the course. AND I had to schedule it during the school day and take him out of school early to get it done or it would have taken another month. With my other three kids, their in-cars were scheduled and completed within 2-3 weeks of completing the course material. This would all be unacceptable enough, but the behavior of one of the driving instructors was absolutely appalling. I certainly want my child to be instructed and corrected if he is in the wrong, But telling your student to do something, having them follow your instructions, and then telling them that what you had told them to do was wrong and they should have known better and not done it, is such a fundamentally twisted teaching "method" that I cannot believe this instructor still has a job , as I am sure my child is not the first one he has done this to. This instructor continued to "teach" in this way throughout my child's driving lesson, leaving my child frustrated, upset, and less confident in his driving skills than he had ever been. The power dynamic between an older man in a position of authority and a nervous teenager who wants to do well should be respected by the older party. We were told that it would take 7-10 days to receive the completion certificate. A full 2 weeks after his final in-car, we still did not have it, so I finally called customer service, who said they would send an email "to find out what was going on." Less than an hour later, I had the certificate in my inbox. The only bright spot in this entire experience was Sue, who was a kind instructor who gave useful, constructive feedback. This program is not worth anything close to what I paid for it. Save your money and months of your and your child's time, and go elsewhere. read more

I am so frustrated. My daughter was on her last in car. She was supposed to have on 9/2. They cancelled hours before and now tell us she cannot get in until till mid October!!!!!! This is horrible. It is not her fault. And now, she can't get her license! She needs to be able to drive to school and her job. And they are doing nothing about it!!! I am sorry, but boot someone else so she can get in! I could understand if she canceled, but she didn't!! Do better! read more

I wish I would have looked at reviews prior to signing up. This Is the most frustrating unorganized driving school. I hope my daughter can actually schedule for in cars, as of now it's 1 .5 months out and you have to log in the first Wednesday of each month by noon , they will then release more slots. How about have the student call you and you give them a time. It's like a lottery to try to schedule. read more

At first, I was a little put off by the scheduling process, but boy was it worth the wait. I have twin daughter's who both had Roger for their first lesson. I can't speak to the other instructors, but if all instructors are like Roger, you won't find a better driving program. He was calm, personable, put my daughters right at ease, positive and gave very specific feedback on how to improve their driving, especially when it comes to passing the test. They both have had significant time behind the wheel with me prior to their first lesson, and yet they learned so much more than I could ever teach them with Roger. It was an invaluable experience. We loved Roger so much, we would adopt him into our family if we could, because he is just such a joy to be around and such an outstanding, caring human being. Every driver should be so lucky to have the experience of having Roger as their teacher. read more

DO NOT USE TOP DRIVER!!! we looked for an online drivers education option for my 17 year old daughter. And Top Driver came up out of Strongsville Ohio. The course is around $430 and isn't worth ONE CENT! The course is a timed per Ohio state law but unfortunately the TOP DRIVER system constantly glitches, and request that you start over on a normal basis. Very inconsistent, and an incredible waste of time! All of the customer service is AI generated so you get absolutely no where when an issue comes up. If somehow you navigate through all the BS and finally speak to a live person they are very rude, unsympathetic, and have zero solutions. One thing you will hear is that some sort of supervisor will get back to you in a couple of days. A COUPLE DAYS! Really . Do whatever you have to do and use a different driver course. You'll thank me. Also ALLSTAR driving school is the sister company and the same issues will come up... read more
