Fast forward to 20 and my other daughter just completed her in-cars with Kelsey. She LOVED it and learned so much! This is a great company that will respond to questions immediately and patiently. The lesson was scheduled for March. The instructor went to the wrong location. By the\nTime we got in touch with the instructor 30 minutes had already passed.He said we could still do the lesson, but he could only do an hour because he had someone else to do immediately afterwards.However, they were not offering a refund of the hour that we missed.Because the instructor went to the wrong place. We were told to contact the school and reschedule. Contacting this place in these people is impossible. No one ever answers the phone.It goes directly to voicemail.They tell you to leave a message.You leave a message, they don't call you back.You send text that doesn't work. Not only has communication virtually impossible.The or times I did speak with someone whom I believe will see the owner.He was rude and unprofessional. He acted as if it was our fault. Mind you , it is now may and we are still having conversations about trying to get these two hours of maneuverability , practice rescheduled. When I told him fine, just give me my money back.He told me to read the website.No refunds. At that point I said, we'll find just getting rescheduled.A female actually sent us a text message that said he was rescheduled for a different date, we call to confirm this and was told he wasn't scheduled for that date.That was just a suggestion that they gave that date to other people as well , and it was no longer available. Finally, I got the owner in June.We waited 2 months for an appointment scheduled for June 30th.\nWe were told we should have checked the portal weld.The portal wasn't working, they had glitches.Every time we tried to get in there didn't work.So finally, he was reset and give a new account in the portal.He was scheduled for July 30th.We waited 2 months for this appointment.And guess what happened on July 30th?No one showed up again. In addition, because of the long time involved in this, his temp's actually expired, and he had hot to take the test again, because we've been dealing with this since February.Because the first appointment that was not met was il in early March. So tomorrow is august first and we still have not received what I paid for. And of course, the text message I sent has not been answered or responded to I have called 8 times since yesterday.And not one time have I gotten an answer. I saved the entire text stream from this transaction. I have over a 100 text and still nothing has happened. This is probably the worst disregard for customers or providing a service that I have ever seen.. Unless you want to be frustrated, aggravated swindled out of your money.Stay away from this driving school. I\nWould not recommend them if they were the last operating driving school on earth.
