There were several instances where I felt that the management was not adequately supervising the staff, and that some of the teachers were not meeting the needs of the children. For example, on one occasion, I arrived to pick up my child and found them unsupervised . I also noticed that some of the teachers seemed to be more interested in talking to each other than interacting with the children. and I grew increasingly concerned about his frequent illnesses. They suffered from fever ,cough ,,vomiting at a concerning rate, which I believe may be related to some hygiene and supervision practices I observed at the daycare.
