I asked if he could come by our house anytime that week to give us a quote for two jobs. If the numbers seemed good, we would need the job done by the end of the following week. Peter said this would be no problem and that he would come by the house at the latest by the weekend. Just to be safe, I called on Friday (as he did not come during the week) to confirm that he would be coming on Saturday or Sunday. He asked to text pictures of our patio and said he might be able to come that day but if not to call him Saturday morning (the next day) to confirm a time. As requested I called on Saturday morning. No one picked up so I left a message and never heard back. He never came. He never followed up. We never got a quote or any response after multiple confirmations. Peter even said that they would most likely be able to do the job by the deadline as they weren't very busy that week. This is bad customer service at its finest. Telling a customer you are going to do something and not doing it is what you can expect from this company. I guess they don't want our service/money. Find another company. Don't give bad business owners business.

After meeting with Peter at my house to have him assess the job, he followed up with a poorly written quote via text message which was clearly a form letter complete with holes where dates and times should have been. I received the exact same "quote" via email. The site visit occurred on a Saturday and I agreed to the quote the following Tuesday. I requested that the work be done 8 days later on a Wednesday. He would not commit to that day at that time but told me he would contact me the following Monday to confirm, but Tuesday should work (despite the fact that my text requested Wednesday). I asked if it wouldn't be possible to confirm a date and time by the end of the week so that we could plan. He could not do so "in case something unexpected Comes up" but told me "Don't worry it looks good for Wednesday". I texted him Monday night to confirm for Wednesday and he replied " Yea we can discuss tomor. Night as for timing" (another example of his unprofessional communication skills. Can't be bothered to send a properly worded text). Then, out of the blue on Tuesday he texts me "So today is not good ? Tomor is best ? Just checking since we're down here !" No, as my wife is taking Wednesday off to deal with this as I'd made clear all along. Not a problem though, it was worth him asking. Finally I texted him at 5:30 Tuesday, the evening before work is slated to happen, asking for a time. "Not sure yet will get in touch a little later" No concern for his potential client's time or ability to plan their day. Clearly he is unable to plan his own day I responded "This is ridiculous. It is now the night before the work is scheduled to be done. Kindly let me know when you'll be coming or cancel the job. Complete bullshit to leave us hanging like this." In his typically well-worded response "Really ???? I'm still out running around I said I was going to do job tomor Now with that attitude I respectfully do not choose to do job That comment was not necessary This is not. I think we had Harold come inspect the work twice - lots of agreeing with us but very little supervision on his part. In the end, we were charged full price (well over 5k) for work that we're saving up to have repainted.
