I signed a contract with them 6 months ago for a $24,000 project to replace my roof (which was high to begin with) and handle the removal and reinstallation of my solar panels. They required a 50% deposit, so I trusted them and provided a $12,500 check. Since then, it's been one frustrating delay after another. They finally delivered the roofing materials 3 months ago blocking my driveway and was put in a place easily stolen. Even with the materials sitting at my property, there's still no sign of work starting, and it's impossible to get any meaningful updates. Now, they've stopped responding entirely when I try to escalate this issue. To make matters worse, my last correspondence with them was them trying to renegotiate the contract for even more money. The roof leaks badly and has caused a lot of water damage inside the property.
