Both guys were incredibly courteous and kind and explained what they were doing throughout the process. When Ash came to look at our setup, he was in the attack 10 min and back down. Ash was the ONLY plumber who told us that our hot water heater was on max heat and was very dangerous. He was very knowledgeable, taught me how to better manage our next water heater. Other plumbers took 30 min or so to come up with an analysis and quote.... and all were higher in price and "salesy". Ash was kind, well mannered, and cleaned up after himself. I will use him for our plumbing and air anytime there is a need. 5 star!!

service n Texas City, Tx…read more I had a whole house sewer clogged up. The plumber sent out, removed one toilet and "said" he ran 100ft snake and couldn't find any problem. He reinstalled that toilet and then used an auger on the other toilet. Still nothing cleared. Went back to first toilet, said he didn't clear the toilet itself, so used auger on it, nothing cleared. Told us that we should have one good flush before it backed up. He was here for 3 hours, said he gave us a "discount" because he couldn't clear it. Soooo, we paid $400 to have a toilet he removed put back. I would not recommend this company .
