Definitely said he was not looking for upgraded review. Much appreciated and definitely worth noting. Please check the original review below. I travel literally for my job every 3 months. I have shipped my car over a dozen times. Maybe once duplicating a transport service. I chose this location because they were local to my outgoing destination ( Houston). Prices were on the lower end side and booked a few weeks prior to shipping my car back to Ohio. I usually pay for higher end companies like Montway etc. I emailed the local manager and told him my concerns and my issues with communication during shipping process. Very friendly but this was the worst communication of any shipping company i have used. Would tell me daily that someone would definitely let.me.know yay or ney if there was a driver. Never got a call. Had to call daily to check if possibly pick up. No but I will definitely have someone call you to let.you know. Crickets. I'm here on a work contract so I'm on a bit of a time crunch and to have to take time out my work day every day during pick up.period. Yep I emailed and left voicemail to please give an update. Nothing. The only saving grace that gives them 3 stars.is the driver they chose. I met him.in Houston. Told him I'm flying back.to Toledo and going on my birthday trip on such n such a date. He had my ride there on memorial day no less. 2 days ahead of projected drop off. He told me to reach out to him personally as he does TX to Chicago frequently and I def will. He was awesome

I Had An Outstanding Experience with T4…read more A year ago I had such an exceptional experience at T4. I traded in my previous car for a brand new Mercedes, without any of the usual dealership hassles. The team at T4 took care of everything, ensuring a fair price for my trade-in and a great deal on my new Mercedes. Their professionalism was top-notch, and they even delivered the car right to my doorstep. Then 5 months later I chose to purchase a highly sought out Mercedes GLE 53 AMG that every dealership was wanting $20k-$25k over sticker price. T4 came in well under that and it was just as equally such an easy process. I am extremely grateful to the T4 team for their continued excellence in service. Thank you, T4, for not one but now two outstanding experiences - I would highly recommend Rik's & his teams services. I will never go through the hassle of using a car dealership with high pressured car salesman ever again. Take my advice and reach out to T4 Auto Solutions for all of your auto purchases if not you will be paying way too much for your vehicles.

I would not recommend Autoplex Transport based on my experience…read more I hired this company to transport my vehicle from Houston, TX to Griffin, GA for an agreed total price of $750: a $200 deposit and $550 due to the carrier upon delivery. I requested a formal contract but was not provided one, so I documented the agreed terms by email. My vehicle was scheduled for pickup on August 17, 2026, but that pickup was unsuccessful. During the subsequent dispute, the owner demanded an additional $100 dispatch fee that I had not agreed to. He texted me, "u owe me 100 and I won't ralease the car until it's paid" and later, "u need to pay my dispatch fee 100.00 or I will hold the car ur choice." My vehicle was eventually delivered on August 23, and the driver received the remaining agreed $550 in cash, bringing my total payment to the original $750. What happened afterward was even more concerning. After I posted a review about my experience, the business publicly responded by calling my review fake and referring to me as a "mental illness patient that work for us." I have never worked for this company. The owner then contacted me by text, called me a "miserable ugly ass person" and "loser," and stated, "iam getting car repo u have until 8 pm to erase the fake review" and "iam getting ur car jus wait." I found these communications extremely concerning, particularly because my vehicle had already been delivered and the agreed $750 had been paid. A business owner responding to a customer complaint with personal insults and statements about getting or repossessing the customer's vehicle is unacceptable to me. I have retained the emails, payment records, text messages, and screenshots documenting my experience. I am sharing this review so other consumers can make their own informed decision when selecting an auto transport broker.
