No one arrived at 8:00 AM despite the 7:00 AM reminder from them as well as an appointment in their system, and attempts to call/email went unanswered at first When I checked their system 30 minutes later, the appointment disappeared from their system. The company said it was canceled because I didn't "confirm" in their scheduling system--a requirement that wasn't clearly communicated beforehand. As a result, I traveled over two hours for nothing, lost wages because I could have worked today, wasted 13 and a half hours (4:45 AM-6:15 PM) driving and waiting for a response, and spent about $70 in fuel round trip. The owner apologized for a "misunderstanding," but even as of 6:15 PM today, I have received no further response. This is very unprofessional--especially given the impact on an elderly person's home and a time-sensitive schedule, as well as the clear lack of respect for others' time. ZERO STARS

Three ladies finished 1410 sq feet house in roughly 2 hours. Not to be rude, I didn't go over every inch of the house with them after they were done. Vivian briefly described me what they cleaned. Here are what they missed: 1. Some drawers in the kitchen were not touched at all. 2. Railings of couple windows were not cleaned. 3. Corners of hardwood floor were not mopped. I found big chunk of dirt at almost every corner. 4. Stair railings seemed to be dusted only. They were not wiped. 5. Hidden area of toilet bowls were overlooked. The list goes on like this. I really wish I stayed at the premise while they are cleaning so that I could keep an eye on everything. Lesson learned.
