The same went for the wrap, all of my options were laid out and they provided detailed information about each product (lifespan, durability, etc.). They trailered my car to their facility, provided updates when I asked, and brought the car back a day early. Now, I am very particular about my car and every little detail, and I can say that their customer service was outstanding any time I needed a slight adjustment. I will definitely be sending my car back this spring for more wrap work. There is nobody I trust more to work on my car than Karisa and Dash.

I know it wasn't there before because I cleaned my car out that day before I brought it in and my cars paint is very nice. I called the next day to ask him about it and he got very angry and defensive. He did a fine job with the tint but not happy at all about the scratch. Take pictures of your car before you bring it here to have proof incase it does get scratched. I would recommend going to a big name tint shop that would own up to it and fix it!
