1- I got a Groupon for Steve's Auto Detailing in Shoreview, MN I received an e-mail from Groupon…read moreindicating that the merchant had moved to White Bear Lake, MN which is a lot further than the original location. This should've been my first clue! 2- I called Steve's Auto Detailing to make an appointment to use my Groupon for Gold Service, got an appointment for 3 weeks later. Steve indicated that it will take 4 hours. 3- The day of the appointment dropped off the car per appointment at 11 AM, expected the car to be ready by 3 PM. Steve indicated that it will not be ready until after 5 PM because he had to finish another vehicle. I agreed and indicated that I will come back to pick up the next day. 4- Arrived to shop next day around 12:30 PM to pick up the car, Steve had not even started working on it. He indicated that he will have it done in 2 hours. I told him that I paid $100 for Gold detailing and 2 hours was impossible to complete all services included in the package. 5- I agreed to leave my car and he said that he will drop off at my place. He didn't show up until 7 PM. I was getting ready to call the police. 6- Steve is very unprofessional and every time I spoke to him he seemed incoherent. He doesn't appear to have any employees. He answers the phone, makes the appointments and also works on the cars. 7- The experience was horrible, this was worse than a regular gas station car wash. 8- Here is a summary of the service: Engine and compartment cleaned, de greased, and treated - NO Vehicle washed; including tires rim, and wheel wells - YES One step buff to bring back the luster and shine - NO Finished with a high quality wax and paint sealant - NO Rims will be shined and tires protected - YES All trim and bumpers treated - NO All windows cleaned - NO All carpets and seats vacuumed, YES Treated with a stain remover and deodorizer, and then shampooed I DON'T THINK SO Then a nice scent added with a bottle of air freshener placed in vehicle YES All door and trunk jams de greased and cleaned - NOT AT ALL All panels including council, and dash cleaned and then protected with a non-greasy protectant YES All leather cleaned and treated when applicable. - YES All windows cleaned NO All vents cleaned NO Somehow Steve managed to change the programming of the seats, mirrors and even the dash clock time. I should have read the reviews at Yahoo Local before using this place!

Mind you it took 6 phone calls and 2 letters to him to get to this point. I showed up an hour early. Called both of his phone numbers to confirm he would arrive as scheduled (shop was dark, locked, cardboard box material over the windows). No return phone call. Other customer showed up waited with me for about an hour. We both left 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment. Absolutely avoid doing business with this incoherant, unreliable individual.
