Drove to work yesterday in this snowy, slushy, salt mess and just like they said it literally slid right off. I got home and my car was still totally clean. Minnesota winters are the worst. The price is kind of high for the full-service one ($16). However, the prepping that was done by the employee was thorough and well-done. My daughters enjoyed seeing all the different colors of soaps that were used. We were all so happy with the carwash. The windshield, especially, was so clean it looked like there wasn't even a window there! We will definitely go back, and perhaps try the medium-priced carwash and see how that compares to the one we got this time.

Everything would been in tiptop shape with two people scrub in prior to entry in the car wash, let alone, not having a car wash in tiptop shape to compete. As a result of my complaints, he gave me a certificate for a few car wash - interior and exterior, valued at $17. I waited for two hours, from start to finish. About fifteen minutes after I left, while driving down the road, I noticed a little panel by my ignition was missing. I called and spoke to "front end guy" who said they he'd seen it but they must have forgotten to replace it after the pressurized air blew it off. Also one of my vent air fresheners was missing. So, I had to drive 15 miles round trip again - got the panel back but not the air freshener. The quality of cleaning, detailing and shampooing was decent however my windows were left pretty dirty and my rear view mirror was dirtier than when I brought it in. My floor mats still had leaves on the back of them when I went to put them back after the carpets dried. They still smelled soiled too, so it's likely they were just rinsed with water, not shampooed. The mats were still wet 11 hours later. You would think after sitting there for two hours, my floor mats could at least be dry. It does not appear that any deodorizing was done. It does not smell clean, like soap or like air freshener. Nothing. I'm certain the next time I want my car detailed and shampooed, I'll be going elsewhere.
