The delivery was quick and made with great care. They delivered my 10'6" observatory dome in it's 12' x 6' x 4' shipping crate. Although it weighed over 1900 pounds, It was gently placed exactly where I needed it. Ellis the driver was very professional and courteous. It was very clear he was a quite experienced driver. In Fairhope it is not unusual to see many of its residents using golf carts to get around the downtown area. While we were in town visiting family we thought using a friends golf cart would be an easy way to enjoy the beauty of fairhope and (let's face it they are kinda fun to drive in) so this is how my boyfriend and I got around to our B&B and enjoyed the Mardi Gras festivities. On our way to Sunday brunch our golf cart suddenly lost all power and upon further inspection discovered one of the carts batteries smoking. I was very disappointed as I knew this was most likely going to take a while and this was the last time I was going to see my cousin and her family before they went on their own vacation. Whom I only get to see about once every 2 years as it is. Luckily we broke down in front of the First Baptist Church where everyone offered to lend us a helping hand. One of the church members in his own golf cart said Tony was a member of the congregation and we should give his office a call and see if they could give us a tow. (This was after we discovered our AAA membership did not offer golf cart breakdowns even if it is street legal and we were broken down on the street) So we called Tony's towing and they were there in less than 15 minutes, loaded up the cart and towed it safely to the house. The driver would not accept payment for coming to our rescue not even a tip. Instead he said, " Mr. Tony takes good care of us and likes to lend a helping hand for his community." So we thanked the driver (among the chaos I dont think we caught his name) and we were still able to meet our family on time for brunch. To the tow truck driver and Mr. Tony, Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being our superhero and saving the day. I was told off the interstate due to a flat tire I completely understand the urgency and a normal tow bill. But a $1875.oo crain bill for less than 30 min.... absolutely ridiculous. That's price gouging at its finest. Even $1800 for the tow and crain was acceptable but 2 bills for one tow was unfair....$2700 that's being taken advantage of... no matter how you look at it. I guess thay need to pay the crain off and wanted me to make the payment...I would NOT recommend using them at all. read more

I wish there was a 10 star or 20 or 100 bc he, Tony, earns them all. Out, far out of his way to be fair, treat you right and help you in any way he can! He cared and was an all around great guy! Knows his stuff and also a great operator of his truck! Hard to find someone like him in this world today! There's zero doubt in my mind he cares more about helping people than anything else and it shows! I would pay more to use him over ANY of the other tow companies but he actually charges less! Love, absolutely love these people! I have the misfortune of owning a Toyota Avalon that has required towing 3x in two months . Today (Sunday) Tony's had to go into a gated community to acquire it and then brought it back up to my area - all of this was done in under an hour on a very cold and windy coastal morning. Wayne was my "driver" today and he was charming, pleasant and even showed me a few things about this pain-in-the-rear car that the dealership never bothered to share. Service is fast, efficient and very capable. While no one ever wants to use a towing service, the number is now on my phone for flats, locked keys and such. Very professional and courteous! Car was broken down on the causeway just outside the tunnel. Neil showed up in fairly quickly....got the car on the truck in about 5 min, and took it to Pensacola for me. The rate was reasonable, and the service was great. Don't Go Here!! The customer service at the office is terrible. My son's car was towed there late Thursday night. We could not pick it up until Sat 10:30am. The owner insisted on charging us for 3 days storage Thursday, Friday & Sat!! And was very rude when questioned about the price. He doesn't know our personal business - we have never met the man before - but he had a lot to say. Not a nice man or office. Watch out! read more
