At the time, I was only looking for a tow but ended up with help obtaining price quotes and a mechanic for major (and costly) repairs! Brian went FAR above and beyond what he needed to in order to assist me and my family. It's not often that I encounter people so willing to help but I am so thankful the Lord led me to West's.

I have to be completely honest about my experience because the customer service from this tow…read morecompany was absolutely horrible. We waited three to four hours for a tow truck after being told that someone was on the way. The driver eventually contacted us and told us that he would be there in about an hour. We understood that delays can happen, especially with everything going on, but after that hour passed, the driver never showed up, never called, and never returned our calls. What makes this situation even more unacceptable is that this was happening with a hurricane approaching. We were already dealing with a stressful and potentially dangerous situation, and we were depending on this company to provide the service we were promised. Being left waiting for hours without any communication was extremely frustrating and put us in an even more difficult position. If there was a delay, an emergency, or the driver was unable to make it, the least they could have done was communicate with us and let us know what was happening. Instead, we were left waiting and wondering if anyone was actually coming. I understand that unexpected situations happen, especially during severe weather, but communication and customer service still matter. After waiting three to four hours and ultimately not receiving the service we were promised, I cannot recommend this company. Totally disappointing experience from beginning to end. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this tow company to think twice before calling them.

Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and patient with my questions regarding my repairs. I know I'm not the only one who doesn't know much about cars and sometimes it feels embarrassing to ask what's going on or worried that you'll be taken advantage of but I never felt on ounce of shallow character from here. I brought my car in and not clean at all.... It's is by no means anyone's job to clean it but when I got my car back it was fixed to perfection and to my surprise it was completely cleaned out, vacuumed out all the dog hair and I'm sure cleaned out some trash. I was speechless. Like I said, not expected at all and kinda rude on my part to leave it with them dirty but very VERY kind of them to go the extra mile for me. And my car looks amazing.
