While working down the street at one of our locations, a coworker recommended this pizzeria for lunch. I had tried it last year during a visit, but that time we picked it up and ate back at the job. This time, we decided to dine in. The restaurant is small, but it offers about 7-8 booths for seating. The menu is surprisingly large for such a cozy spot, featuring pizza by the slice, whole pizzas, sandwiches, and more. We all went with pizza slices. The slices are pre-cooked and displayed up front, and once you order, the owner (I'm assuming Tony himself) pops them back in the oven for a few minutes to heat them up fresh and hot. One thing to note -- these slices are HUGE, definitely reminiscent of New York-style pizza. I had the taco pizza, which was absolutely delicious. The chicken bacon ranch slice was solid, though not as impressive as the taco slice. A coworker tried the buffalo chicken pizza and said it was good too. It's just like Italy! I just picked up 2 large pizzas from Tony's in Topton, Pa. They are by far my favorite pizza in the area. I do miss the restaurant side that has been closed since Covid with their salad bar, though they do have a small sit down area out front. I prefer to get take out now which is so friendly and can be accessed by drive through-how easy! The crust on the pizza is thin and the topping goes close to the edge. The crust is so good that you will want to add oil and vinegar to your plate to sop it up with the leftover crust! Sauce is simple and fresh like what you would get in Italy! Delicious! read more

Tony's is a staple in the community. It's been around for many many years and when you eat here you can see why. One side is a sit down style restaurant and the other side is a small pizzeria style shop. Large portions and good quality food. Staff is very friendly. Can be a bit expensive when ordering large amounts of food and there isn't much parking. We Eat here a couple times a month. Most pizza places like Papa Johns and Dominos use some cheap conveyor thing. I was in town for the weekend and the place we had planned on eating in was closed so we ended up here instead. When we first walked in the place was crowded and noisy but we managed to get a table near the door. I didn't care for their salad bar, but the meal itself was surprisingly good! Seems to be a local place, so it was busy with regulars, but our service was pretty good. This is the Tony's to go to (I've actually never been to the other one). Their pizza is pretty pizza-y. Their hoagies are very large and pretty good. Their philly cheesesteak is my favorite. Who would have thought putting sausage on a cheesesteak would make it so good? Well, I guess Tony did. I miss their old drive through window. I don't particularly care for their garlic knots, but you can't win them all. I recommend getting a cheesesteak and a hoagie and splitting them 50/50 with your wife. read more

This is our go-to pizza place. Granted, there aren't many to choose from out here in the country, but even so, we really like the food! We normally get plain cheese pizzas, and every box comes stamped with a coupon for buy 12, get one free. Tonight I cashed my 12 coupons in for a free large cheese pizza and added two toppings. I also ordered a dozen wings. When I picked the order up, he told me it was $23. Tony's claimed the dozen wings were $16 and what was listed on the menu ($7) was out of date. That cost was on the menu he had just handed me. He stuck to his story stating the cost of chicken was up but 120% - come on. I left discussed and upset considering all the years I've been a patron to that establishment. He got caught up in his lie and deception and wouldn't back out. The menu said $7 and he tried to charge me $16. Apparently he was trying to recoup giving out a free cheese pizza instead of being honorable in his business ethics. I suggest you get the total of the bill while you're on the phone. It was obvious to me when he was on the cash register he was up to something. I will no longer be going to Tony's. be aware of his business ethics or lack thereof. read more

Leaves raw chicken out for hours in hot kitchen do not follow proper food handling, cross contamination and a very ignorant kitchen staff

I have tried this place a handful of times now but today signals the end. Twice, I have been overcharged, each time going through the drive thru. I waited almost thirty minutes going through the drive thru only to finally come to the window and wait another five minutes before being acknowledged. The food is cheap in price, which should've been my clue that the seafood dinners would be overcooked. I would not recommend this place to family or friends. read more

Great place and a leading business within Topton ever since I was a kid. I have been there on many many occasions and they are very quick to prepare your order. Almost every time I'm there I see Tony tossing and kneading dough with a friendly attitude. Their pizza is pretty good and its a great place to pick up sandwiches and a six pack of beer. read more

Great small town pizza place. If you order a large sandwich I hope you are hungry because their are huge compared to most places. I love the chicken cheese steak with sauce and onions. Pizza is great too. It's a local landmark and hope it's around forever and never changes. If you are lucky during your visit you'll get to enjoy a train running through town.
