The turn around was really quick--I got the dress back in less than a week. I needed the straps adjusted and I needed the dress hemmed. While everything was pretty much fine with the dress, the hem is definitely crooked from the front and back (see below). It's not all that noticeable, and since it's a bridesmaids dress, I don't mind too much. However, if you're looking to get something major done like a wedding dress, be very specific about what you want since a crooked hem is a pretty significant thing.
