All items were done just as requested and I was especially impressed with how well they repaired the shorts! All were done within 48 hours, just in time for our trip, with a total cost of $40. Other reviews commented on the rude customer service. One of the workers was definitely lacking in customer service but the other two were friendly. What matters most of that work done was excellent quality.

The seamstress was able to alter my clothes in about 1 week. They were so sweet and seemed ti be a family run business. Make sure to bring cash because they don't accept card. The address on Yelp led me to the plaza across the street with the Sierra Vista Cinema. Their actual location is next to the FoodMaxx (which shows up correctly on Apple Maps).

An acquaintance of mine recommended this place since she knew the owner, and I went into it wondering if the recommendation was just for the family ties or for the quality. Turns out that it was both! I needed a bridesmaid dress hemmed (with multiple layers) and the straps adjusted. Had a lovely chat with her as she pinned the dress, and felt very welcome and comfortable. The only thing I'd mention is to be clear about how long you want things hemmed. My dress was floor-length, and I forgot to ask her to hem it a little higher than floor-length. She did it perfectly above the floor according to my shoe height, so that was all on me and my lack of experience with formal dresses lol. It still worked fine, and I didn't trip once. I'd recommend this business for alterations.

He's EXTREMELY rude. I took my pants here multiple times…read more Ive had to get them fixed again couple times because the measurements were off and every time he's gets mad. Like how are YOU going to be mad at me for YOU messing up MY pants. These pants mind you at 70+ dollars then I pay you an additional 26 dollars to taper them and make them just a tad shorter I brought my original pants to make sure that they were the same length bc he has messed up MULTIPLE times in the past (mind you I was nice about it. ) he told me he doesn't have time for picky customers and that he has a lot of clothes. Then maybe it's time to pack it up and retire. I understand he's old as hell but your job is to fix my clothes... then to fix the mistakes YOU make because that's what happens when you pay for a service. I have respect for older people so I kept my mouth SHUT. Lucky for him. Honestly I'd skip this place and find someone better

My friend recommended Mission Alterations because he had previously brought a suit in to get altered. It's located in a small suburban street, in a house as opposed to a storefront. I came by, and met one of the owners, a kind friendly older gentleman. He was efficient and very accommodating about the turnaround time. Luckily, it was a easy hem job with not a lot of fabric that needed to be removed. The quote was very reasonable at $15 or so from what I remember. Very happy with the experience and would definitely come back in the future whenever I need alterations.
