Been here a few times for pizza and the garlic rolls. Both are delicious! They deliver to my area as well but only take cash for delivery. It's a mom and pop spot and it's usually pretty full when we go. I've yet to try their pasta but I've heard it's pretty good too, maybe next time I'll give it a try. This small pizza joint in a small strip mall is good for one thing -- pizza. I have ordered pizza from there several times when im at my friends house who lives in this part of town. Every slice of pizza is delicious. I mean it doesn't matter what you get on it, its so good. The garlic rolls are also very good. So why the three stars and not more? Everything else is not all that. We've been eating at Tony's Place since we discovered it in 1988. Same owners since the went into business. The pizza is delicious and we've tried them all throughout the years. My favorite is the meat lovers and the white pizza. The garlic rolls Parmesan are a must to try! The gnocchi Alfredo is always fresh. Heard a lot of positive things of this restaurant from some of my friends that have lived in the PSN area for decades. Unfortunately, it was me and the wife's first and last. I called in for a Chicken Alfredo and large cheese pie for pick up. Lady seemed nice over the phone, but she told me it would be ready in 40 minutes!! For a pick up? Really? Me and the wife were like it should be worth it, it was a TOTAL let down. When my wife went to get the order, she went in and no one greeted her, they just looked at her with a blank face. They even had the nerve to see if she left a tip !! The pasta dish had no flavor what so ever, no seasoning. No garlic. Total blah. Hometown pizzeria in Palm Springs north. Tony and dawn, run this establishment. it's the best pizza and garlic rolls on this side of the earth. There main dishes are superb and dessert are delicious. Had the worst experience in the neighborhood restaurant. Had been once before on a weeknight and was not busy years ago. Tonight decided to go back and have a dinner with my wife and kids. As soon as we walked in we seemed to be unwelcome, but stayed anyways. After briefly been greeted and taken orders for drinks and garlic rolls a larger grouped walked in and were greeted as what I would classify as "regulars". They sat and ordered drinks and rolls as well. Their service was either called in or they gave them our rolls. I mentioned to our server and she rudely said they will be right out. This is a great hidden treasure we've been going to for years. The staff is very friendly and it's a super casual and relaxed atmosphere. It is a true mom and pop type of restaurant. No frills or fanciness, but the food is very good. Their pasta fagiole is the best I've ever had in any restaurant. The pizza is very tasty and so is their penne with broccoli. My husband and I took our two small boys there for pizza on a Friday night. The place was empty when we arrived. That said, our order took forever to arrive. The garlic rolls were dripping in oil, yet had no flavor. The pizza was a typical cheese pizza and the eggplant parm was nothing to rave about. I wasn't impressed with the customer service. The garlic rolls are the best!! I usually have the baked lasagna with meat sauce or one of their subs. The meatball parmigiana and steak, cheese, and onion subs are amazing and really big. If you order for delivery it's probably going to take a while so I would suggest ordering about an hour before you want to eat. I've been going to Tony's since I was in middle school and not much has changed. A very old school pizzeria that is not in the best of places as far as exposure as it is located in a small residential area. This speaks volumes of its food though, considering the fact that it has held up through good and bad economic times. They don't advertise because they don't need to. My number one issue with this place is so they think too highly of themselves. They're charging us $10 for the spaghetti that had no cheese, a pizza that was as tasteless as their garlic bread. Yet as I sat there in the restaurant I saw more and more people coming in, and I don't really understand why it was so popular. Does this area not have other pizza places? If not, I would suggest you to drive a couple more miles to another pizza place and get something better. Or better yet stay at home, make your own spaghetti, and you save yourself $10. read more

I've had several friends suggest that I try this place and we finally did. We ordered a couple pizzas and some garlic rolls for pickup. I was told it would be about 40 minutes. I figured there is no way it could really be that long, so I went in after about 20 minutes. I ended up waiting about another 25 minutes before the pizzas were ready. So their time estimate was pretty accurate. The staff was very pleasant and they kept apologizing for the wait, saying that they got real busy all of a sudden. Once we got home and bit into the pizzas we realized that it was worth the wait. The pizza was delicious and cooked perfectly. The garlic rolls were a little on the overdone side, but still delicious. We will be going back and recommend this place to others. read more

Great food and friendly people, but waiting over 1 hour for a pizza is NOT acceptable. We used to get pick-up/takeout weekly and call it in 40 minutes ahead. No problem. Looks like that is not enough anymore. They need to get more people or figure out how to address this problem or lose customers. I live 1.7 miles from the shop....given, I'm in the beginning section of Broward County, but right at county line. Miami Gardens drive is closer to me than Miramar Parkway....but in any case I wanted to order some delivery from this place because of all the amazing reviews. I called and started giving my address and before I can finish they said they don't deliver here. I bet I can throw a rock from my backyard and have it land directly in front of the cashier. Horrible experience!!!! Never again will I be caught ordering from Tony's Place. Starting from the fact that the person who answered the phone was rude as can be to the food being totally terrible not to mention over priced. I ordered a cheese pizza .....no biggie. I also ordered a dozen rolls with extra garlic and a baked ziti. Well the garlic rolls I strained my eyes looking for garlic all I found was a dozen soggy rolls drenched in tasteless oil. The baked ziti was a huge disappointment. All I got was boiled penne pasta with meat sauce over it and a crummy single slice of Munster cheese. What Italian dish calls for Munster cheese?? For goodness sake anyone who has ever had baked ziti knows this is far from what it should be. When I called to complain the rude lady speaking 100miles an hour told me that if that's not what I wanted I should have asked how they make bake ziti. My reply was; I know what baked ziti should look and be like I don't need to ask. Do people call to order a cheese pizza and ask if it contains dough, sauce and cheese? No because it's an obvious recipe well the same goes for baked ziti. It's a simple known dish. She offered to credit me for an extra slice of cheese on my next order.
