We called and asked to do it again and came to pay the money to buy it back and the man owner whoever said it was only a week and unable to buy it back. The frustration and anger we feel at the moment doesn't describe how lack of communication and informative to make it known that he made it a week instead of the two week pawn that was literally the agreement and whole point. Wouldn't of just randomly showed up a week late and just expect it to be there to pay the money to buy it back. It was a BRAND NEW item. Just feels like an establishment that doesn't want to help people, just wants to take advantage of people during a difficult time. Felt like a " fuck you oh well " type of deal with a smile on his face. Felt robbed, taken advantage of and so much more emotions. I have been in on several occasions due…read moreto a piece of jewelry that I had issues with, between diamonds falling out days after I received it to a link just coming apart (I was told that was just because of how the piece was made) luckily I felt it fall off, had it fixed for the 5th time and 2 weeks later the clasp became loose and fell off yet again... when I took it back AGAIN I was told at this time we should look into trading it in... (ya don't say) well it was a certified piece and after a year the value was to be increased on the trade in value, because we were short of a year by a month sales person A said that could not be honored because it wasn't quite a year... fair enough we will wait... at this point we were done dealing with sales person A and moved on to Sales person B who did make things right I believe... I went in today again explained what I was looking for showed sales person C what I already wore everyday... because I'm tired and don't want to bore you with this long rant I will leave you with Sales person C had terrible customer service as well. We will be looking for another jewelry store with hopefully better customer service.
