However, I do have to ding them on cleanliness - sometimes it feels like you need a hazmat suit just to touch the grocery carts or baskets. And don't even get me started on the personal shoppers - they tend to obstruct the aisles and convey annoyance towards customers. It can be frustrating when you're trying to navigate through the store and find what you need, but the personal shoppers seem to be more of an obstacle than a help. Overall, if you're in a pinch and need to grab something quick, this Walmart will do the trick - just be prepared to lower your standards a bit.

The chat initially indicated that cancellation was in process, then said the order was not eligible for cancellation. A representative told me I would have to wait until 8:00 p.m. for the store to cancel it if I did not pick it up. I also called customer service, was told the issue would "take some hours," and spent approximately 20 minutes on hold after requesting a supervisor. No supervisor joined the call. The order was eventually canceled, but the eventual cancellation did not cure the service failure. I was left trying to resolve a time-sensitive problem involving an order I could not physically access, without a clear or timely answer. The experience was stressful enough that I canceled my Walmart membership. Walmart should explain how a delivery order came to be treated as pickup and establish a more effective way to help customers whose disabilities prevent them from using pickup, and have requested delivery. Otherwise, what is the point of paying for a membership?

The store is divided into a few different regions of the world, including Asian, Indian, African, Latin, and Middle Eastern, and there's good variety in each section. They even have some pretty good frozen options, for when I don't feel like cooking from scratch. If you haven't been to World Food Market, you should definitely go. They have tons of hard-to-find items, and even if you don't THINK you need to buy anything, you'll probably end up taking home something new and interesting.
