We had the car towed to NAPA since after several attempts to jump it realized the battery was dead... Elvin was wonderful!! He removed and reinstalled the battery for us and wahhhhla... the car started right up! Battery was under warranty so it didn't cost a thing! The employee talked about "snakes" for approximately 10 minutes with the customer while my girlfriend waited behind this customer talking about snakes! Yes, 10 minutes! And, YES! Snakes, the reptiles! I entered the store to meet my girlfriend and the employee and customer were still talking about snakes! Finally, the customer left. I then asked this employee if they could check the codes on our engine check light. The employee, slowly laid his elbows on the counter, gazed at us, paused and then shook his head back and forth without saying a word. Then he said, "no, we do not provide that service." I simply walked out. Oh my gosh! He was so rude and disrespectful. I own and operate three businesses and this guy would be fired in a heart beat! Never will go back! And if you are reading this, there are too many other auto stores in and around Belmont with much helpful and professional employees. It's obvious, NAPA has lowered their standards on employees and stopped their training.

This location is very well stopped with just about anything for your auto or truck that you can imagine, and it's well located just off of South Tryon St for easy access.
