Upon arrival, I was met by Ann, who helped me with my alterations. She is amazing! I brought in a dress that needed a few alterations plus same day pick-up, and she delivered! I dropped off my dress yesterday morning, went to brunch, ran some errands, and my dress was ready for pick-up before the store closed at 4pm. I also dropped off my wedding dress, along with other dresses/skirts and can't wait to pick those up. Also, Ann did not try to upsell me and was honest when she thought the alterations would cost more than the dress, which I appreciated. Will be coming back again and again!

I just wish parking was better, there's only a few spots in front and the back that used me open for parking isn't anymore so you kind of have try and time your visit to an off time.

In this situation, they lost one of my items. When I went in to pick up my clothes the first time, they told me that one if my items wasn't back yet and I would need to return. It wasn't until the second time I went that they explained what had happened. This is a risk in the way that the business is run, I get it. What bothers me is how they handled the situation. I needed to follow up with them. They didn't offer any compensation for the delay (or loss of item). Even after I provided them my information, it was up to me to follow up with them. It your business is to be the middle person for someone else's work, then I think customer service should be your top priority. Feels like they have lost their way here.

What I'd like to point out first, is that the super kind human who took our order was absolutely that: super kind. My partner and I felt good about our research and choice of NextGen, and the wire rack piled to the top with comforters, mattress pads and other bedding only furthered our confidence. Sadly, once we removed the bed from the bag, I felt confused that perhaps the wrong item had been picked up. It looked nearly identical to when we'd first brought it to NextGen, but with quite a few more strands of (different lengths) of hair stuck to it throughout. Secondly, almost every quilted square of the bed had faux filling bunched up in a variety of balls--I had originally purchased the square patterned bed to avoid this problem once cleaned. :( I wanted to bring my item back immediately, however, my health at the time did not allow it. I gave two stars for the kind atmosphere. P.s. I am attaching a very faded receipt, with the word, "wait" written at the top, because I felt it so important to write a review. Especially if it helps future costly mishaps occur.
