It is so sad that Mary R gave this bbq 5 stars. I'm from central Texas and 5 starts are given to Blacks, Snows and Kreutz. 4.5 to Meyer's and South side in Elgin but this gets a solid 2 stars. The brisket is tasty but not very moist. The sausage wasn't bad once u got through the tough casing. For a trailer it's ok but they'd have to up their game quite a bit for a 2nd visit. read more

We were driving though Hillsboro and looking for a meal that was not fast food. Did a quick map search for bbq and Tony's popped up. We didn't know it was a food truck but in our experience they can be awesome and Tony's does not disappoint. We ordered the brisket sandwich with sausage and a chopped beef loaded back potato. Saw the banana pudding for $3 and said why not. The meal was both delicious and substantial. Awesome BBQ and good prices. I would have to say just watching the customers stream in that this place is a local favorite. Will be back anytime we are in the area! read more

My husband and I were on our way back to Dallas from the Magnolia silos, I looked up bbq places but the pictures didn't look too good, but the pictures for Tony's BBQ did. Luckily we found this gem of a food truck. Tony was awesome he was so genuine, giving & the food was amazing! Turns out it's the bbq spot for locals!
