So nice to work with a repair person who isn't grouchy or touchy when you ask questions. I'm curious and if I can learn something that will help me catch a problem BEFORE is more serious than it has to be, then I'd like to do that. I think that's best for both sides of a repair issue. Plugged it in and it emidiatly started blowing cold in the fridge and freezing the freezer. He stated on my invoice that he would call when he returned to office. I waited all day on Friday for his call, which never came. No call, no msg. I was very upset as I trusted him and thought he was a good repairman. I thought maybe he would call on Monday 3/11 with an explanation. He did not. He bailed on us . This is so unprofessional. I would have understood if he decided he wasn't able to do the job, and was honest. I don't understand him not contacting us with his decision. I want to note that Taylor at the office when I first called was excellent. Very helpful and competent. I had a good feeling about the business, but was sadly wrong.
