This has been so helpful, even when I just want to call into the nurses line for advice. The wait times at PAD are also great. Most of the time I wait no longer than 5-10 minutes to be taken back for the nurse evaluation. I then also usually am only waiting on the doctor for no longer than 5-10 minutes to be seen. I only wish all of my other doctor's offices were this efficient. All of the nurses at PAD have been extremely kind and courteous, whether we are there for a check-up or even when he is very sick. I also very much appreciate the nurse response line. The nurse line is also open 24/7, even on holidays. There is a $25 fee for after hours calls, but to me, this is well worth it. My baby got his first 103 fever on Thanksgiving Day. I was so thankful a nurse was able to take my call and assess my situation that day. She saved us an unnecessary trip to the emergency room. My baby is currently 11 months. As you can expect with a baby in daycare, he is sick often. I trust my doctor, Dr. Do, completely. She has amazing bedside manner and you can tell she is devoted to her patients and only wants the best for them. I highly recommend her.

These fees are not billed to your insurance and do not go towards deductible or out of pocket so it's just money thrown out the window for the doing basic care. Got an actual charge for management of a "controlled substance" when the prescription is NOT a controlled substance. As far as managing said prescription, no one has ever called or asked how it is going, if it is working, or if there are any side effects. Never been charged this at any other pediatric office I've been to including the doctor who first put my child on this medication. If you want to be charged only what your insurance says you should pay then I suggest avoiding this place. In addition, the doctor acts like she has somewhere else the'd rather be and is very short with you. I always thought pediatricians were nice and nurturing but this is very much the opposite. I regret ever coming here.
