I am shocked to see such low ratings for FLP. We absolutely love our pediatrician Dr. Mitchell, he has always provided excellent care for my sons, 8.5 years old and 5.5 years old. We have seen Dr. Mitchell since my oldest was a newborn. I trust Dr. Mitchell with my sons' lives! I am a very anxious mom and my brain tends to catastrophise any new medical symptoms, but Dr. Mitchell has never dismissed my concerns and always takes time to explain things to me in a calming and reassuring manner without minimizing my concerns or making me feel ashamed for my intrusive thoughts. Never dismissive, never condencending, never once has come from a place of ego in instances when I have pushed back on his assesment/dignosis. Dr. Mitchell always says "you are the expert on your own child" and will agree for additional testing if I don't feel at peace with something regarding my children's health. I have never once in all these years felt rushed or unheard during our appointments or phone calls. Dr.Mitchell just deeply cares for his patients and goes out of his way to make their parents feel best equipped to care for them and guide them. I drive from Allen to FLP in Dallas no matter how bad the traffic may be, and will continue to do so no matter where we move next across the DFW metroplex. Additionally, in 8.5 years we were always seen the same day for sick visits. Some other excellent doctors at FLP we have seen for sick visits include Dr. Clark, Dr. Kravitz and Dr. Strong. In 8.5 years, we have only waited to be seen ONCE for longer than 30min. We have also only had positive experiences with the front desk staff and nurses. Side note for any anxious moms like me: best to skip scheduling with Dr. Tang. I am sure she is extremely qualified in medical expertise, but she leads with the worst case scenario. I am still scarred from taking my children to see her twice. read more

My daughter has been seen by FLP for 9.5 years, several primary physicians and several on-call physicians. We might be what you call "frequent fliers". I was surprised today to see the Yelp rating so low, so I got on here to weigh in my voice because reviews seem to often be those who are disgruntled. FLP has been a great home base for us, and we have always received excellent care. I highly recommend any of the doctors in this location. The office staff has been helpful throughout the years, and the PAs and nurses have been friendly and very accommodating to my daughter's fears of the doctor office. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

Their doctor was the one on the floor at the hospital I conceived at and we decided to just continue with their care. My child had some complications early on and the doctor that treated her either didn't know the procedures for that process or didn't remember. She claimed she forgot since it rarely happens, but I doubt that. Even so, if she didn't know or don't remember, ask someone who knows. The health and future of my child is in her hands. I'm not the expert, I'm trusting them to be, but the handling of the aftermath was messy and negligent. It was phone tag, a lost referral, and a non-apology apology. I don't recommend. read more

Their wait times are consistently 30-45 minutes stuck in a tiny room after checking in every time. As much as the doctors have been great the last few years, we'll be moving our care elsewhere because it shows that they don't care about their patients time or life. After driving 30 minutes out here and sitting for 45 minutes, I cancelled the appointment and left because of the massive waste of time that doesn't even make me trust the doctors. read more

Transferred from another practice due to insurance change. Now my 1 yo is patient with FLP for his primary care. Although (side note) he was delivered at Medical City and FLP is the " auto "pediatrician till you leave the hospital unless you have one lined up. So we just kinda went "back" but had to transfer from the current pediatrician due to insurance. I have to say their wait times are close to nothing! I so appreciate this and if you're early sometimes they will take you in. The ladies at front are friendly also a plus for me , as I have had so many bad experiences with other clinics. Dr.Clarke is attentive and explains care and asks appropriate questions. Does not come across as judgy and listens. This has been the only Dr. we have met but we like him and plan to transfer our other kiddos here too. I will say though the transfer process is kinda slow but it's also due to the transferring clinics part. So far no complaints. We are parents to kids with no chronic conditions and typically healthy and receive vaccinations. I can't speak to anything more invasive. They are definitely all online as far as documentation and you can even text the office. Hope this helps! read more

I brought my grandson in for his sports physical recently. The front desk was very inviting and helpful. As for the nurse that helped us in the room, she was unwelcoming, rude and unprofessional. I was standing outside the room at one point and I overheard the nurse who helped us and another nurse speaking Spanish. I don't know Spanish, but I know enough to understand the inappropriate words, which was loud enough for me to hear from about 10 feet away. read more

We have been patients here since 2020 and I am constantly improving with the level of care, efficiency, and overall organization of this office and it's staff. Dr. Clarke is our primary provider and is always wonderful about providing clear answers, informative reasons for treatments, and easy to understand expectations of my little one's development. If you are not a native speaker, I recommend you to avoid this facility. If you just came to the USA, you may understand the situation where it is sometimes harder to understand a daily dialogue over the phone than listening to CNN especially when a phone representative speaks fast and bluntly. My impression was that phone representatives in this clinic are inconsiderate for non-native speakers and a bit terse and blunt when they are asked to repeat again compared to other facilities. Well, I didn't change pediatricians for this reason since I thought this level of unkindness was bearable. However, what happened this week clearly told me that I should have taken the signal more seriously. I got yelled at when I gave the representative wrong answers two times. I pointed out her rudeness right away. But she just made a weird giggling sound instead of saying sorry. Well, I still thought she could not know what to say at the moment. So, I just left my phone number to the office manager and waited for her response and explanation. I have not been able to talk to her ever since then. I am convinced that rudeness toward customers who are not fluent in English will continue in this facility after I experienced how they handled this issue. The representative who was rude to me ran away and the lead doctor who behaved like her lawyer asked for my understanding and acceptance for her rudeness while saying her difficulties as a worker who does emotional labor.In fact, I have never been rude to her and she was the one who took it out on me while she was stressful. The most hopeless thing about this facility is that she is still considered as a GOOD WORKER. It is ridiculous to refer to a representative who loses her temper easily and takes it out on customers right away as a good worker. This tells me that this clinic will keep failing to hire the right person and train her/him in a proper way. You can be the victim of bad decisions and opinions. He has a wonderful bedside manner that our kids love and leaves me feeling so heard and reassured as a parent. The office staff has always been kind and accomodating, as well. Extremely rude staff. I would never bring my baby back here. The front stuff are unfriendly and rude. I just had my first baby front staff didn't once say congratulations or how are you feeling. She didn't even say hello. She said do you have an appointment. The women in billing is extremely unprofessional and rude. She was extremely sarcastic when ending the phone call. Rudely offered me a payment plan which is extremely insensitive. I'm getting charged over $200 for hospital visits which I was not made aware of. I asked to dispute the bill and she said I can't and I'll continue to receive bills. She said I'm sorry you FEEL like the hospital didn't make you aware. The doctor came in my hospital room for 30 seconds and left and that visit was $100. The issue I have is no one made me aware. I'm unsure why I'm getting self pay charges if my baby is covered under my insurance for the first 30 days and I'm unsure on why I was never told I would be charged by them to see her. The whole transaction felt very sneaky and instead of being understand she kept saying I'm sorry you feel this and told me to call the hospital. I said can I dispute the charges with the hospital she said no. So I'm unsure what the hospital is going to do. Just an awtul experience with an doctors office who is clearly just about money. When I went to their office Iwas told it was 148 for todays visit and the remaining balance was from the hospital but now I cancelled the appointment with them the $200 is all from the hospital charges. We've chosen another pediatrician who is kind and caring with awesome office staff. Look elsewhere before choosing this office UPDATE: confused to why I have to even say this. But to respond to the owner. I am very well aware every doctor charges for appointments. It is sneaky how you handled everything. Your doctor came into my hospital room for 30 seconds. My 2 sons (3 and 1 yrs old) have been seeing Dr Liu since they were born. Dr Liu has always been attentive, spends quality time with us during our visit, and has always left me feeling reassured after each visit. Over the past 3 years, we've made many "sick" visits (bc kids are in daycare), and have seen several other Pediatricians due to same day availability. All have been super helpful and attentive. First I would like to say Dr Wilson is amazing and this is the Dr that was my daughters primary. We went in this week for my doctors 2 month visit and it had to be scheduled with Dr Blair due to Dr Wilson's holiday schedule being full. We had questions regarding the vaccine (no we are not anti vaccine we completely support them and feel they are much needed) however still had questions regarding the symptoms and wanted to know if they would be willing to give some of my daughters vaccine this week and then the remaining the following week. Dr Blair agreed but not before belittling me and my husband. When he has why we wanted to delay I started to explain how we felt and he interrupted to let me know that it's my opinion that children get a lot of vaccines at one time and that we were very fortunate to have the option to have vaccines. I let him know that we were not negating this and yes I was stating my opinion about 6 vaccines being a lot at one time. He proceeds to say that he no longer wanted to go back and forth with me on something he is "educated about" ( although there had been no back and forth just me continuing to try to finish my sentence due to his constant interruption). I guess he felt the need to point out he was the doctor and so we were uneducated about vaccines? At this point I felt uncomfortable with his interaction with us and no longer felt comfortable with my daughters visit. We ended up rescheduling with my daughters prime doctor (Dr Wilson) to get my daughters vaccines and Dr Blair was upset that we did not want to continue our visit with him so since he is owner of the clinics he made a choice to submit a termination of care for my daughter for no other reason than his ego. We never had a bad thing to say about their office until meeting Dr Blair. He had a hurt ego from us not wanting to continue our visit and since he had the power to deny my daughter from seeing my daughters prime doctor he used it to do so. Ego vs a child's care? This place is not a place I want to take my daughter if that is how the owner values and treats their patients. read more

We have been taking my son since he was a newborn, and he is now almost 5. We had to call in this morning - Christmas Eve - 15 minutes before their office closed, in a panic due to some concerning cold and eye symptoms he was having so close to Christmas. Thankfully, the office told me to come on in even though I wasn't certain I could make it by the 10 time frame. I was 10 minutes late, but they told me not to worry and saw us anyways! Again, they saved me from having to go to urgent care - we could see our trusted pediatricians. Our usual pediatrician is Dr. Mitchell, who we love. We have seen almost all of the doctors and have had excellent care from them all. Dr. Tang saw us today and sent us home with drops for his eyes (already helping), and even cleaned out my son's ears and helped us with proper dosing off Zyrtec to try to ease congestion. Yes, the wait was long, but it was so busy with so many sick kiddos trying to be seen on Christmas Eve. I cannot possibly be more thankful to the doctor, nurses, and office staff for staying to see everyone today and making sure the sick littles got excellent care. Our family LOVES Forest Lane Pediatrics. We have two boys, ages 4 and 1, and started seeing Dr. Christopher Straughn when our first son was born. He's been a great partner in our parenting journey, and both our boys are really comfortable with him. Forest Lane is excellent at getting kids seen quickly when they are sick. We have also seen Drs. Clarke, Copeland, and Tang when Dr. Straughn was unavailable, and had a great experience with each of them. Forest Lane has a vast network of specialists -- we've found a great dentist, pulmonologist, and therapist from Dr. Straughn's recommendations. Highly recommend! read more

I live in McKinney so driving all the way to West Plano is definitely not the most convenient, however I would never change pediatrician offices. My boys see Dr Diana and not only do they love her, but so do I. Very friendly, outgoing, and has a similar sense of humor to myself. I feel like I'm seeing a friend every time we go. What I love about her the most is that she isn't a doctor that over prescribes or sends you to test after test. I am a very non-panicking parent. I love that she is the same way and gets that too. I know when she does tell me something to look deeper into that she really means it and not just sending us for unnecessary tests and specialists. Many of my friends drive from McKinney/Richardson/Carrollton to go see her. I also adore Dr Mannering as well and if we can't see Dr Diana then I try to get her. Both of these women truly love children, are personable, and love what they do. I've seen a few other doctors as well and have had great experiences. Also props to the staff because I have never had an issue getting in and out no matter if they can get me in to my kids specific doctor or not. We have had a few serious medical issues with my kids and every time they were always there with answers. read more

I used to take my daughter to there pediatrician until she was given 3 incorrect diagnostic and put on different kind of antibiotics. They sent me to skin specifically and as soon as the specialist saw her he said its poison oak. He was able to tell without even touching my daughter, gave her an ointment and it was gone in 2 days. I was so upset that 3 doctors could not tell an infection from poison oak rash?? And put my child thru multiple unnecessary antibiotics.. never went back again! read more

I went for my daughters 4th newborn visit at this office and was informed that I would not be seen unless I put a credit card on file. I did not have a balance and I have a ppo insurance that was on file but all of the sudden they didnt have time to verify my insurance that was provided ahead of time. I felt bullied but agreed to it so my daughter could see a doctor. I ended up waiting for the doctor for 1 hour after our scheduled appointment time, so In that time I had to keep my newborn happy, feeding, changing etc. I was also able to call insurance and verify my own benefits during my hour wait. By the end of the visit (almost 2 hours later) I was told that they have my insurance and it would be entered in and taken care of. Well it's been about 3 weeks and I woke up this morning to find they had withdrew $900 from my checking account. No notice by email or phone call. I was on hold to speak to someone at forest lane pediatrics for 20 minutes and was told the office manager was "on the phone". Then someone told me I could call and verify my own insurance benefits and provide them with the reference number. I have already done this twice for the office. So with my newborn in my arms I called my insurance and easily verified benefits, and called back forest lane. When I asked to speak to the person I was talking to she would not transfer me and was very rude and I had to start all over again. Then I left a message with them, finally another hour later someone from billing called and I had to 3 way call with the insurance company. For the record I do have insurance and it was a simple filing mistake not made by me, but with having my daughters date of birth off by one day, and now I have been told that they will keep my $900 until they resubmit claim and get payment, which can take up to 30 days. It hasn't even been a month since our appointment. They made little effort to try and help. When I asked for the money back she said she would have to ask and call me back. I waited all day and no one called me. Then at the end of the day they sent me an emailed receipt for the $900 charge. I will follow up with them tomorrow. I hope by leaving this review the doctors and staff and forest lane pediatrics will do the right thing moving forward not just for my family but with their billing practices. I am a new mother, a good patient, and I always pay all my patient portions and copays with no delay. I think losing patients like my family will be bad for business. I am an office manager and if I told one of my patients to verify their own benefits and charged them $900 before making any effort to contact them or their insurance company I would be fired. So I am only holding this office to the same standard I hold myself. $900 is a lot of money for our new family to be incorrectly charged without any notice and I'm very sorry that I trusted this office. Update: They did not call back but when I called them they did issue me a refund and it will take five business days for the$900 to go back into my account. The lady I spoke to when I called back did apologize and I appreciate that but this experience was really bad. New update: 6 month wellness check. I was seen right on time and our doctor (dr. Kravitz) is truly wonderful. Shes so sweet and knowledgeable and my daughter likes her. Her assists were excellent, even the one who had to give my daughter 4 vaccines and a flu shot, made the best of it, my baby barely cried. I think the care here is great enough that I have updated my review because despite some major issues with the front desk being unknowledgeable and rude the number one most important thing to me is the medical care my child receives, and I believe Dr. Kravitz is one of the best. read more

My baby's primary doctor is Dr. Straughn, but we have also seen Dr. Mitchell a couple of times. Both doctors, office staff, and nurses are AWESOME. Both doctors have wonderful, kind bedside manners. Everything is always explained to me in detail and I never feel rushed during her appointments. The wait time is also very acceptable for a busy doctor's office: 5-10 minutes. Several years ago, my daughter was a patient. We had an awful experience. First, because she was born around a holiday weekend, her needs fell through the crack. Second, her doctor didn't believe me that she was crying at home and insisted that she was "fussy," which I didn't realize at the time meant something entirely different. So he wasn't able to diagnose or treat my child to help her and our family because it was affecting all of us. Only when he saw what I was describing in person, he finally believed me. (Parents, take video of your kid suffering to show docs. It's tricky. I couldn't and hold my baby, and my MIL didn't hit record, but it would've helped a lot). My guess is that because I wasn't hysterical and was instead professional and calm, he assumed we were not having a hard time despite the words conveying it clearly. Third, the lactation consultant on staff in the Dallas location was not good even according to one of their pediatricians. Fourth, the other pediatricians in the practice did not treat my baby like their own patient. Her pediatrician's schedule was too full so we often had to see others. Some were rude when I tried to catch them up on what was happening to figure out what was going on. Fifth, I heard our pediatrician gossiping about a patient while other patients were around. Dr. Clarke is amazing and by far worth 5+ stars. The nurses are very nice and the front desk staff is typically prompt to answer the phones for appointments. Down side... the wait times. We commonly wait an hour after our appointment time to see the doctor. I pride myself on being punctual with my kids and it frustrates me to no end that every time we go they are always late. It's gotten so frustrating I've questioned finding someplace new. I wish they would figure out a way to time their appointments better, so patients wouldn't have to wait (which is so hard with young children). Dr. Mitchell is literally the most under skilled, worst pediatricians there is. He does present himself well at first, with his swaddling skills and fairly personable affect, but after that, myself and all my friends agree, he may be the worst ped in all of DFW. First, he missed multiple diagnoses in my baby. I went in asking him about a head tilt, he assured me, "some baby's just prefer a certain side," and it turns out, a month later, Dr. Straughn diagnoses my baby with a severe condition called torticollis where the baby's head is stuck to one side, a condition that can cause permanent damage if not treated as early as possible. He is arrogant and will talk down to you throughout your visit, then be unavailable to speak if you have any subsequent questions. He may seem great on the website/videos, but he and his unqualified nurse miss important things. Just watch him and his nurse perform a rushed exam, and you will understand. I'm so surprised that he doesn't have multiple (as opposed to several) medical board complaints. I am a doctor and would honestly fear for any mom that ever trusts in Dr. Damian Mitchell for any of their baby's medical care. read more

All this could have been avoided if they did not lie and just told my outright it will cost. Instead I wanted all day and drive miles with my girls in the very back. I would have said okay and went somewhere else. Read the following to understand. 7/28/20 - I called at 7 am to schedule my two daughters to have a covid-19 test done. The day before I called my insurance to ask if the COVID-19 test is covered, they replied with 100%. Like I said I called at 7 am to FLP in Mesquite, which I been having nothing but problems with, to schedule. I was than transferred to the nurse hotline to leave a message. I left a message stating I and my youngest daughter have been tested positive for COVID. I wanted to get my two other daughters tested due to them being exposed. They called me back around 8 or so am to tell me they can see them and do the test for free, after I told them the insurance covered it for free and we have the ref# from the insurance. They stated they will need to call Mr. Blair, and again another is with him, to get approval for a COVID test only. So they did and they called me back to inform me it was OKAY and to come in at 2:30 pm with both kids. We showed up at 2:20 pm and stayed outside like I was told and to call them, I did. A hell broke out after that. They confirmed the girls names and date of births, done. They asked what car, told them. Now 2:30ish. They told me there will be a copay! I asked for what.It was an exam. I told them no and I already been through this in the morning. Was told it was free and no exam is needed. They told me it was policy. I quoted my insurance ref# and what I told in the morning and for them to call MR. Blair. Now 2:50ish, remind you I have COVID and my girls are seating in the very back on the SUV. I did get out so they can be safe but still. A manager got on and told me there will be a copay because the doctor will need to examine them. I again quoted to her that I was told it was okay by MR. Blair it would be free and no exam was needed via the mouth of a nurse. Hold again, now 3ish, 40 minutes. They said it was policy to charge a copay. It goes on for a few and all the while there was a Dr. and Nusre outside. Needless to say they lied to me, put my daughters at greater risk on the COVID being with me and they lie, yes twice. This is not the first time I had problems with the Mesquite location. It was trouble with appointments and scheduling with them. Rude nurse at checkups and sick visits. And that Mr. Blair belittling me like I don't have 5 kids and I don't know what I am doing. He knows and acknowledged it because he apologized. The only thing I ever liked about that placed is DR. Straughn, best damn doctor for kids. But since he works for them we will no longer be returning. I will be pulling all 5 of my kids records from them. Policy and wrong and they lie. There is no communication in that place. Down right wrong. There is little more to the story but that is the short version. read more

I've always had a pleasant experience at Forest Lane Pediatrics. We see Dr. Lilly Strong. Yes sometimes we have to wait longer than expected, but when I became a new mom I hated waiting specially when your baby is sick or is crying as new moms a lot of this stuff makes us agitated towards the doctors and the stuff, but I've been through at least 4-5 different office all over DFW trying to find the best clinic and pediatrician for my kids and this one by far has been the best I've ever been to. read more

We found Dr. Liu and Dr Mitchell when they were on call at Texas Health Presby Dallas. Our baby had some small health issues at birth and they were helpful and thorough so even though they were about 20 miles from our house we decided to keep going to them. Both Dr.s are amazing (I am sure other Drs in their practice are just as wonderful), but since Dr Mitchell had seen our little one more, we stayed with him. He is the calmest person in the world, he is open to discussing things, and he doesnt rush you along. I would hands down recommend this practice to my friends and family. We just moved and are so sad to leave them! read more

We have been seeing Dr. Mannering for about 2 years now and couldn't be happier. She is the most attentive and caring pediatrician. She always makes time for both my boys to make sure they aren't scared and answers questions for my 5 year old. Couldn't ask for a more kid friendly doctor! Took my daughter for 5year wellness exam. She had an appointment with Dr. Strong. Please note I give 5* to the Doctor and Stuff! They were very friendly, attentive and considerate. I would still give only 1* for insurance related concerns. Just expect to do all the heavy lifting and calling your insurance yourself! My daughter has BC/BS ever since she was born. Never had any issues with any of the previous offices and never had to pay anything out of pocket. I get to the office to be told that her 5 year well is covered by Blue Cross only up to $100. Everything on top i would have to pay out of my own pocket. I don't mind paying but it was weird since i know we have great coverage. I ended up calling BC/BS myself and spending 40minutes on the phone with them (can't avoid it). To be told that the insurance covers 100% of wellness exam up to 7years of age. After 7 years, it covers up to $150 (not even $100!!!). At this point i will be scrutinizing any bill i receive from them (which i've never done before). The question remains where did they get $100 from? And usually i don't question billing... So I would have ended up paying extra (cause you pay before leaving office) on top of them getting the full payment from my insurance later. read more

We used to see Dr. Blair in the Plano Office and loved him, but when we moved to University Park we switched to the Dallas office and now see Dr. Clarke, who is also fantastic. We've also seen Dr. Isha, who is awesome and Dr. Strong. They are great at getting you in and the Saturday hours are a major bonus. Both offices are clean and modern. The staff is friendly and professional. My only complaint is you have to pay for parking at the Dallas office which is lame. read more

I wish I could give 10 stars. After going to two other physicians in Allen our friends recommended Dr. Diana in Plano. BEST move we ever made. It may be a little out of the way for us, but my husband and I both agreed we would drive to Dallas for her. She is BEYOND wonderful. Actually, I feel like we have now seen all the doctors there and we have not one complaint about any of them. They get us in for sick visits the day we call. The are so accommodating. When you call and leave a message for the nurses, they are SO sweet and prompt to call you back. We literally could not be happier with Dr. Diana. She is so kind and patient. She is also an Aggie, so that's another plus! It's nice to have a doctor that actually remembers you, and listens to you! Yeah, the wait may be long sometimes. But people, this is a practice, you are not the only people waiting to be seen. There are kids that get sick everyday, it's common, it happens, and there is always a wait. The nursing staff is courteous, and try to make everyone happy. Billing, is billing, working with insurance companies is not easy, it's a constant battle. Don't always point fingers. Give credit to the people caring for your children. I wouldn't choose any other practice to do so! read more

Both of my children have been under the care of Dr. Ron Blair since birth on one, since age of three on the other. (she's 18 now) I have never had such a professional, consistently pleasant experience with any Physician, ever. I wish he took care of Moms and Dads. He has a strong group of Partners that have always been willing to help when needed. First Class. read more

Their Dallas branch is horrible. I usually go to Plano office and my child's regular pediatrician there is great. This time Plano office was closed and I had no choice but to take my baby's sick child appointment in the Dallas office with Dr Ann J Liu. I was late to my appointment but I was still within the 30 min grace period. I was told to reschedule the appointment and they also said otherwise I would now have to wait for 1 or 1.5 hour as I missed my appointment time. I accepted the responsibility for being late and when I told them I was fine waiting 1.5 hours. The staff replied that Doctor wants me to reschedule as they don't like their patients to wait that long! I repeated but I am totally fine waiting. But they sent me back with the same reply that they don't like their patients to wait that long. And asked me to take my child to emergency if I can't reschedule the appointment.Then I asked for the next day appointment. I was told that I will have to call in the next day to take the appointment as they give sick visits appointment only on the same day. So next day as it was a Saturday I had a very short window to take an appointment. I called up at 7:30 am to take an appointment. The only time available was 8:40am. I requested them if they can make it 9 am or later as it's a long drive from my home. They said no they don't have availability and if I am more than 15 min late they will cancel my appointment. so I rushed to the hospital right then without feeding my child as I didn't want to miss the appointment. I reached there at 8:35 am (5 min early). After about 40 min I was still in the waiting room. The staff told me that doc is available but the patients she saw before me are still occupying the room. Another 15 min and I was told the same thing!! (Hello, can't you ask the patients that are occupying the room unnecessarily to leave or is it just an excuse you give to every patient to mask your scheduling inefficiencies??) I was seen by the doctor at around 10:10 am..that's 1.5 hour past my appointment time. Wasn't I told you would cancel my appointment if I am more than 15 min late? Didn't you force me to cancel my appointment yesterday because supposedly you don't like your patients to wait that long??!! Such Hypocrisy!! So During the appointment, I asked Dr Liu if she can have someone show me how to properly clean my baby's running nose using the nose frida that I have as last time she had blood coming out of her nose. She curtly said - they don't have time to show that to me as Staff is busy. Doesn't it take like a min to do that? If you are that busy why did you give me the appointment and made me wait for 1.5 hour? That doesn't end there. On Monday they marked my first appointment as No Show (for which there is a fee if you miss more than one appointment). I called up and explained them the whole thing how I didn't miss the appointment but I was asked to reschedule. The staff replied, they can't go back in the system and change it for the past date. They can't do anything about it now (after 3 days)!! This call today triggered me to write the review even though my baby's regular pediatrician in the Plano office and the staff in the Plano office is really good and I am very pleased with them. read more

Dr. Ron Blair has been both my kids doctor since birth. They are 5 & 2 1/2. He is the most kind and gentle doctor I know. We had the unfortunate problem of having to use MedicAid doctors when my wife lost her job. Thank God that we now have insurance again. The whole staff is wonderful in both locations and all the doctors are better than amazing! I interviewed 6 doctors while my wife was expecting and you won't find any office better. read more

This place is horrible! My daughter is 3.5 months and he has been her doctor since she was born and we now switching her to another doctor. His staff is unfriendly, incompetent at times, and they never say sorry when they make a mistake. I feel belittled every time I ask Dr. Blair a question. He asked if I wanted to see a lactation nurse and I said no but he said he was going to have her come talk to me anyways and I ended being charged for something that I did not want! I tried giving this place another chance after every visit and I just can't do it anymore. read more

First of all I just would like to say Dr. Clarke is a wonderful doctor! He's treated us so well and has been very helpful since the day my daughter was born. I have nothing but nice things to say about him. Unfortunately I can't say the same about SOME of the office staff... actually just a woman named Rebecca who answers phones and didn't even seemed concerned about my problem and the fact that I cancelled my daughters appointment and any future contact all together, and a nurse practitioner by the name of Lisa I believe who is so incredibly rude. I work in customer service and I would never speak with a patient like that. I have never been treated that way until today, we have always have been treated very well and sadly it's safe to say thanks to those 2 people I will have to take our business somewhere else. read more
