So many urgent cares and doctor's offices these days act like patients are wasting their personal time, but this one didn't. Literally every person I talked to had a smile on their face. As someone with major doctor anxiety, this location was very refreshing and accommodating. I will say that it was very hard to find a parking spot with all of the retail stores surrounding it, so be prepared for that. It would be nice if they had designated urgent care parking so patients didn't have to walk across a hot and crowded parking lot with a fever, but you can't have everything. Regardless, this location will now be my go-to for any urgent care issues!

I have had 2 great experiences…read morehere getting COVID-19 tests and I tell everyone I know to try and get tested here! - Atmosphere: I feel very safe at Sinai. You wait outside / in your car until they have an open room for you and then they text you. The moment you walk in you're taken to a closed off room. - Service: The service is very efficient! You fill out all paperwork in advance so you only go in for testing. They take your vitals and medical history after they swab you for a rapid test to speed up the 15 minute wait time. After your results are finished, one of the team members comes to discuss your results and whether or not you'd like to get a PCR test as well. - Pricing: Sinai takes many insurance plans (listed on their website) and you can call to confirm if you're unsure. Overall, Sinai is the most efficient COVID-19 testing I've experienced or heard of. You can make appointments up to 2 days in advance, but if they don't have any available keep refreshing their site and it's likely you'll come across a cancellation. I haven't been to their other locations, but I've heard equally good things about their Dallas location!

It leads to dead lines. I called the facility and they are not able to do anything. My insurance needs information in order to pay the bill, which I did not even receive in a timely manner as required by Texas State Law. I visited Sports Medicine Clinic of North Texas in February for a consultation for an arthroscopy…read morefor a torn meniscus. The surgeon reviewed my MRI results and decided we could move forward. I was out of town for most of the month of March but we were going to schedule surgery for early April and they wanted me to get blood work done upon my return. I received a garbled message from physician's assistant so I called back to check on status of surgery and next steps but my call went voice more than 4 times without a return call. I did receive a call back once while I was going through customs and could not pick up. But again voicemail message not clear. I then found out from my insurance company that the surgery was denied because the insurance company wanted me to try physical therapy first, which I will do. But again no direction from this office to move forward with PT. I am deeply concerned about the lack of communication from this office. If they did not want to take on my case, they could've had the courtesy to reach me again as I left several messages with them. I should not assume that they do not want to treat me. I know doctors' offices get busy, but lack of communication is no excuse. I chose this clinic because I tore my ACL over 25 years ago in a skiing tumble, and the surgeon I saw at this clinic encouraged me to exercise it and build my up my knee strength, which I did. He said I was coping well without the ACL and I had no instability. He advised me not to have surgery, but recommended to ski with a knee brace, which I have been doing since then. However, this torn meniscus is a bear and impacts any movement with pivoting. Not sure I will be able to ski again. I hope the lack of communication from this clinic is not happening with other potential patients and I am saddened that we could not move forward.

My perspective is of one who sat in the waiting area while she was being treated. I found the staff to be both professional and cordial in dealing with patients and their families. I especially appreciated one workers help in explaining the annoying parking situation. As a first time visitor I found the parking to be very anxiety inducing. Parking is underground as others have stated. Turns are very tight and from what I could tell the spaces are not generous. I took the first available spot in a jam packed garage and had to back up a couple of times to get my CRV in straight. Backing out was less of a problem although I had to pull my side mirror in to get clearance next to a pole. I do not know if there is other parking nearby. But other than that the visit was top notch. Maybe with experience and a smaller car parking will be less of a hassle.

Nurses Judy, Alexis, Cody, and PT Keri were extremely personable and attentive to my needs. The anesthesiologist was down to earth and relatable. Everyone there seemed to truly love what they do, which apparently is providing attentive and supportive care. And of course, my surgeon, Dr. Robert Burgmeier - simply the best. From check-in to check-out, the process was almost perfectly smooth and efficient. I am due to return in a month or so for another surgery, but my confidence in that outcome is already well established.
