They grabbed several wedding dresses for me to try on and the 6th one I tried on I knew immediately it was my dream dress. Our wedding is June 4, 2022 and I cannot wait to wear it!! The two ladies who run the shop are the kindest, most down to earth people and truly care about their customers. They also have dresses for quinceneras, bridesmaid dresses, and I THINK prom dresses. But they have a huge variety and I highly recommend any future brides to come here! Thank you to my MIL-to-be and SIL-to-be for finding this wonderful place! You'll regret it on your wedding day when EVERYTHING is not perfect and her anger takes the better of her. She'll try to tell you, free this, free that! Just to let you know: When you go in to see her, she sets up everything pretty etc. and sweet talk to you. On the week/day before the wedding she will say everything is good to go. On your wedding day, she won't be there. In other words, she'll be a NINJA. One moment she's there, the next she's gone! And she won't pick up your phone calls. Her assistants also thinks that you can't understand SPANISH so they always speak in Spanish. In other words, if your wedding day IS YOUR most important day of your life (for a woman), go elsewhere if you don't want to cry. IF you do go through with her, record your conversations and get everything written down on paper!!!! I gotta give her a 1/5 ONLY because she was smart enough to screw me over. My mistake!! They ordered a bigger size from the first dress then tried to convince me the alteration lady could fix it but even she said it'd be too much work. Instead of owning up that they ordered the wrong size, they said I could keep the dress or I would get a partial refund so they can send the dress back (I have to pay to ship the dress back). They have amazing dresses, but after being measured to fit the dress, I'm getting stuck with the bill because they made a mistake.

The owners were incredibly supportive--reliable, responsive, and followed through on every promise. One of the things we appreciated most was their flexibility. Unlike many venues that require you to use their preferred vendors for catering, bartending, or florals, August Meadows gave us the freedom to choose our own. That made a huge difference in creating a day that felt personal and unique. We also opted to have them handle the cleanup the following morning, and it was absolutely worth the extra cost--stress-free and seamless. The location itself is secluded and offers a wonderful sense of privacy. I highly recommend visiting in person to ensure it aligns with your expectations. As a small heads-up: the parking area is unpaved, and there's a bit of gravel to walk through, which posed a slight challenge for a few guests in high heels. Also, having a microwave in the clubhouse would be a nice addition. Other than that, our experience was outstanding. Private location surrounded by trees has a large grass area, great gazebo in the round area set up for drinks, and a cement area ideal for dancing. The parking area is dirt (owner made sure it was watered prior so minimal dust). Getting from the parking area into the venue area there is small gravel so watch your step and footwear.
