These girls are the absolute sweetest. I went here on August 28th with my maid of honor, bridesmaids, mother and MIL-to-be. The ladies really listened to what I had in mind for my dream dress and were extremely helpful. They gave us snacks and champagne while we dress shopped. They grabbed several wedding dresses for me to try on and the 6th one I tried on I knew immediately it was my dream dress. Our wedding is June 4, 2022 and I cannot wait to wear it!! The two ladies who run the shop are the kindest, most down to earth people and truly care about their customers. They also have dresses for quinceneras, bridesmaid dresses, and I THINK prom dresses. But they have a huge variety and I highly recommend any future brides to come here! Thank you to my MIL-to-be and SIL-to-be for finding this wonderful place! Okay where do I start?? This place is an absolute joke. You have a young lady that is a size 8 her height was probably 5ft. If that! They measured here said she was a 18!!! This was a bridesmaid dress she tried to tell the gal that measured her that can't be correct. They said nope I'm right she received the dress in a 18!!!! Her mother went down to pick up the dress with her they said no returns it was a special order. You have to be kidding me a $200 plus dress that you KNEW UNLESS YOUR BLIND WAS TOTALLY MEASURED WRONG OR MAYBE ON PURPOSE WAS VERY UPSETTING TO THIS YOUNG LADY AND HER MOM!! How dare you take advantage of people that you don't listen to she told you and you did what you wanted too. So now she is paying for alterations NOT AT YOUR SHOP!!! I hope the brides dress fits!!! I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this bridal shop. What should have been an exciting and special appointment instead left me feeling like an inconvenience and an overall bother to the staff. From the beginning, the service felt rude, inattentive, and dismissive. I never felt genuinely welcomed or cared for as a client. What was especially disappointing was that my appointment ended early. It's honestly unfortunate that Elizabeth's Bridal is in business. If this is what they consider a "magical" experience for brides-to-be, then someone needs to sprinkle holy water on the entire operation. The vibe? Less fairytale, more exorcism-needed. My best friend paid $45 to try on dresses actual money for what was supposed to be a personalized bridal styling appointment. Instead, we got paired with someone who barely spoke, barely moved, and seemed genuinely annoyed that we were there. She said maybe two sentences total while my friend was literally in gowns. "What don't you like about it?" was the extent of her engagement during the fitting. that was it. Her whole demeanor was spaced-out, like she was high or barred out off Xanax. You're not even allowed to pull dresses yourself--apparently, the stylist has to do that for you. But ours disappeared the second we started looking. We weren't being rude, we weren't pulling dresses off hangers, just casually looking--and somehow even that made the staff tense. Immediately fixing the dresses after we touched them. One of them snapped at us for shifting a dress on the rack. Like, relax. This isn't the Louvre. The whole energy was cold, uncomfortable, and weirdly hostile. Not once did my best friend feel special, or even welcomed by anyone. It was like we were inconveniencing them by existing in their store. I recently accompanied my niece to Elizabeth's Bridal to find her wedding dress, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we first arrived, we were informed of their "no children allowed" policy. This was surprising, especially since we had a 4-month-old infant who is breastfed, but we respected their rules and went out of our way to take the baby back home so my niece could continue her appointment without issue. However, when we returned, we saw another customer leaving the store with a young child after purchasing a dress. This inconsistency was frustrating and confusing. When we politely brought it up, the atmosphere immediately changed. From that point on, the stylist made us feel very uncomfortable. She became distant, barely communicated, and her demeanor felt cold and unwelcoming. Each time my niece asked to try on a different dress, the stylist would respond with visible irritation. On top of that, appointments are limited to 1hr, yet the stylist would take 3-5 minutes just to come back and help my niece out of the dress, leaving my niece unattended frequently through out the appointment. What should have been a special, memorable moment for my niece instead felt rushed, awkward and neglected. We also noticed a clear difference in how other brides were being treated. Another bride in the store was receiving attentive, warm service, while our experience felt like an inconvenience to the staff. What made this even more disappointing is that the store promotes itself by saying, "We have always and will always prioritize providing the best experience, service, prices, quality, and selection for our clients. Every one of our clients matters greatly to us, and you can always count on us to style you." Unfortunately, that was not our experience at all. At a minimum, the stylist needed to show professionalism, consistency, and basic customer service. Policies should be applied fairly, communication should be respectful, and a bride should feel supported and valued during such an important moment. Time management and attentiveness also matter, especially during a limited appointment. None of that was reflected in our experience. I understand that businesses have policies, but enforcing them inconsistently and then treating customers poorly when they ask about it is not acceptable. Customer service should never make someone feel unwelcome especially during such an important occasion. Sadly, we will not be returning again. read more

I had the most amazing experience here! I went to Elizabeth's on 8/16 , my first time trying on wedding dresses & I lovedddd the selection they had! They have soooo many options! & the quality of the dresses are top tier! I tried on about 5 dresses and I kept going back and forth with 2, I felt like I was being annoying since I couldn't pick but the employees were so nice and always had a smile on their face. They knew exactly what dress I was looking for and they wouldn't get it in time for my wedding which is understanding but she kept trying to force me to try on another dress and kept saying "it's the same dress" with attitude and it was so upsetting. I went here for my cousin for her to try on dresses for her party, they had this "mimosa bar table" by the couches where we were sitting so we asked the girl who was helping us if we can use it and she said it's closed because of COVID but her answer didn't sound too convincing. My aunt the one shopping for my cousin asked someone else if we can use the mimosa bar to a different girl and now this girl was just plain out rude and said "it's actually only for bridal showers" ??? I'm confused so why is it out on display and why didn't anybody say that over the phone. Never once did they mention that on the phone. If you try to tell them why it's on display if it's only for certain parties they talk shit to the co-workers LOL. This place is a joke and I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here unless you like attitude and rudeness. I'm giving this place two stars because we did find a wedding dress here. But theres a lot of negatives to this place. This is the first place out of all the bridal shops that I've been to including popular places in the bay area that they do not want you to touch their dresses. The dresses are sold off the rack so there not new lol. So I found that weird. Second, they don't let you bring your kid, everyone who could babysit was at the dress fitting so even asking if you can hold your one year old the whole time wasn't allowed. Third, the energy in there is really tense and awkward lol. The stylist had super low energy like we were wasting her time. Couldn't be bothered to put on buttons, couldn't fluff out the dress, and just had a dead you're wasting my time energy. I bought my wedding dress here and booked an appointment with the bridal shop online with one of the managers I believe. It seems that the shop is owned or managed by two sisters( they almost look like identical twins). Anyways, it was really a great experience at first. I tried on like 10 dresses before I chose the one and bought my dress with Elizabeth's bridal. My stylist( who I think is the main manager/owner of the building again) was able to get my measurements and I specifically remember what size we had agreed on and even paid extra to make my veil longer for my wedding dress. Everything seemed perfect until it wasn't. The issue was When I went to pick up my dress to try it on again, i was super excited until I seen that the dress was ordered 2 dress sizes much bigger and I had to pay $700 extra to get my dress altered from some other lady in my hometown( mind you the dress was $4,000 itself). The manager also had told me that she had an altered lady to modify the dress if I didn't like some things plus let me know before I payed to double check the correct size we wanted because if the dress didn't fit there was nothing they could do unlike if it was bigger they were able to alter it. I also had asked a veil longer than my wedding tail and the manager failed to inform me that the original veil for the dress was much shorter, therefore the veil was the same size as my wedding tail( not what I wanted) . My pick up experience was awful. I tried the dress on and when I tell you it fit beyond big it was a big hand full of clothing to be cut from my waist on each side. I was waiting to see if she would take my measurements to alter the dress because she had let me know she had a lady who does alterations and very rudely said, " we don't have that here" the manager sister was also super snobby when she ranged me up. It was really not what I wanted or expected at the end. I think your best bet is going to LA and buying the wedding dress of your dreams. I also wished I had read the reviews! read more

Had a bridal party fitting and we had to bring our 3 year old ring bearer ( who is well behaved but very talkative lol) and first thing was told to us, " he can run around or touch the dresses" not even a hello. I went to here, to find my wedding dress. Walking in, the store is beautiful. My girlfriends were very 'wowed' by the store...and even called it a 'hidden gem!' When making the appointment, I ordered the 'Duchess' package. They had a beautifully put together table-just for us, with champange and treats. It was incredibly nice. When took my sister to look at wedding dresses, this was our first choice to visit we thought it looked inviting from our the outside, didn't appear to be busy. (We did not have an appointment) We were greeted and asked when the wedding was I told my sister she had plenty of time. My sister requested to be measured. If the girl felt uncomfortable measuring; I get it, however she hesitated and looked at my sister, it was just silent for a few seconds and she says well if I had to guess... it was real uncomfortable. The girl told us to look around and if we needed anything to let her know and went back to the other client, mind you there were two workers already assisting with the other customer. I pulled a dress for my sister to look at and then the worker comes over and scold me for taking it off the rack when we were never instructed not to. My sister tried on the dress came out and was completely ignored. Mind you this place was completely empty aside from the other Bride with three workers helping another her. It was the worst experience and after that my sister didn't want to go dress shopping. It really ruin the day I hope others don't experience this please stay away from there if you want to have a good experience go to David's bridal Modesto and ask for Emily she's amazing! My niece made an appointment to get fitted for a suit and the staff handed my niece a catalog to look through and never came back to check on her or help answer any questions. I had already said yes to a dress at David's bridal but had dress regret. Decided to take a peek at the dresses here. There was so many beautiful dresses, all were unique in there own way. The ladies at Elizabeth's bridal were AMAZING. Such great customer service. They all were helping to find the style I was looking for. There was no pressure to buy a dress, they just wanted to make sure I found the one. The whole finding the one experience was the best here by far.
