I've been doing Yoga for a few months now, and it is the most relaxing part of my week. My instructor Mary knows her stuff. She makes it easy to learn the techniques, and she's very personable. The studio is clean and has a great open space on the top floor of the building. I'm excited to see what else they have to offer in the future.

They have quite a few instructors, and I like some better than others. None of the instructors will really correct your form during classes, even at the beginner level--they are just there to provide cues. Other yoga studios I have been to are much more "hands on," but if that makes you uncomfortable, no need to worry here. The studio is always clean, and they have mats for rent and sale. They also sell towels, water bottles, and a few other things at the desk. Blocks and straps are available for no charge. The class size varies greatly--I have been in class with just two of us and with 20+. The studio often offers Groupons/Living Social deals and I think that has something to do with class size. If you're thinking about trying yoga, I definitely reccomend Moonglow!

Brenda was so attentive and the spiritual and emotional healing/insight that I received are invaluable to me and frankly can't be found just anywhere. I particularly enjoyed the holistic approach: during my stay I was able to work on spiritual/emotional healing, work on my physical fitness in a variety of ways, and the meditation sessions and yoga were amazing. Came in with my friend and tried to use her guest pass. I then attempt to pay and i swiped my card and he announced there was no funds, which there was i checked my banking app. I then asked him to try again and he said there was no funds and told me to check my banking app, after watching me check it and see there were funds on it. Me and my friend then had to put cash together because he was not accepting my card. Extremely rude and seems to not want to do his job correctly, or at all. I wish I could give 0 stars.
