Since then, I have sent several emails to both your info and records email addresses to no avail. As a woman of color finding a dermatologist was extremely hard and Instagram lead me to Tone. The esthetics of the establishment was nice but please save your money especially if you have good insurance. I felt it was a red glad that they didn't except any insurance but i decided to still keep my appointment . She was 15 minutes late while she chatted with staff outside the room and the kicker that got me was she "prescribed" me products at Walgreens that I could buy from the shelf ... so $$$ just to tell me to get cetaphil and some random face lotion that's not even a prescription. DO NOT GO TO THS OFFICE!!!! I left this office in tears. The office staff was extremely rude to me. They berated me, and when the doctor was made aware of her staffs rude behavior she was dismissive. These people were so rude they had me in tears, and I never cry. I'm a Black professional as well, and saddened by the complete lack of professionalism displayed by the doctor and her staff. It's so hard to find Black doctors and it sucks when you find one that is subpar. When I told the office I would be leaving a review of my experience, they threatened me, and told me the Doctor's husband is an attorney.
