He charged to verify issue and did not credit the evaluation fee when doing 10K plus amount of labor/parts. The vehicle required a lot of parts/labor and logistics as it happened 3 days before I was suppose to move long distance. I was out of the area when he finally got to working on my vehicle and promised to check it out to make sure it ran ok after receiving $10K to his pocket . He claimed he needed to redo re- drop the transmission again and check something which did not need to be done. This added a week to the process. Harrison cost me an extra 1500 dollars on top on what he charged me because of travel/rental/expenses that would have not occurred if he had properly communicated in a timely manner - sent a video that my vehicle was running and I started a 1800 road trip to go pick it up while a renting a vehicle. He called 6 hours later when I was in the middle of heavy traffic - I finally got back to him continuing to drive towards him about 50 miles while talking. I needed to make arrangements to tow my vehicle at my expense - to a dealer to fix yet another issue that I think Harrison and his crew knew about but did not disclose until I drove a third of the way back in a rental vehicle. - travel - fuel back to where I was staying and extra rental cost! Basically something else wrong with the vehicle that was covered under warranty but I needed make all the arrangements 1000 miles away to get it towed to the dealer from his place of business as he was unable to do the warranty work or did not want to do it - I highly suspect Harrison and his crew knew something else was up with my vehicle and could have well informed me BEFORE I drove a 1/3 of the way back 1800 miles to pick up my vehicle - they were not sure if it was something they did or not and luckily the dealer covered under warranty - there was a hiccup with the dealer work but that is not Harrison's issue. Knock on wood my vehicle made it 1800 miles back to my new location and seem So Harrison work + hiccups + extra logistical expense + dealer and hiccup fixes (under warranty) - driving 1800 mile on a trip plus extra month - the vehicle seems to be running fine now - who knows what worked and what was fixed I certainly do not. No confidence to use Harrison and his crew again even if the actually work they charge me BIG BUCKS for was good or not? It cost me A LOT of money on top of expensive repairs - still wondering if I should have traded in day the fuel issue happened - fingers crossed my vehicle lasts a few more years with out any more mishaps -

I stopped by Wilson Used Cars Thursday late afternoon, and my wife walked the lot for 30 minutes and nobody came out to greet us. We thought about going to the new car lot but decided if they didn't have time for us @ one lot why would it be different. We try to see him on Saturday, but didn't get responses, came into town, got a message just prior to our arrival, We decided after three different poor experiences here with different dealerships in the valley, we decided to try in Salt Lake City. Here is what I expected: be treated like a valued customer (I mean I'm wasn't going to spend a lot of money but work with me). Just because I wasn't going to buy a $60,000 car treat me like I was. Take the time to listen to me and answer my questions. Give me options. Don't expect me to pay MSRP. Two of the three dealerships here, must be doing well enough to gouge customers and have customers pay full price but I didn't. The third, could not be bothered because we wondered the lot for 30 minutes and not one salesperson came out to talk to us. I really, really wanted to support local businesses and be treat me like a Family Member. It just didn't happen. Thank You Miller Toyota in Murray

I had it towed to Import Auto and they confirmed my diagnosis. But they did more than just scan, they dove in and checked the whole system and found oil fouled hoses that might have burst and left me just as stranded. Getting the right hoses took some time, even with express shipping. They spent half a day trying stock and generic hoses from the parts shops and crafting a hose for my car, but in the end it fit, but not perfect and they said they just wouldn't trust it. So we waited for the right parts. In the end, the price was fair and work was done quickly. Most importantly, I feel like they made sure my car wouldn't leave me stranded again! Thanks guys!

I made arrangements and dropped my vehicle off Monday evening after hours so they could look at it on Tuesday, February 4th. I got a call later that day informing me that the radiator needed to be replaced and letting me know that the differential fluid should be replaced as well. I was sent a quote (see pic) quoting me $1,386.71 for the radiator replacement (which CarShield should cover) and $734.21 for an oil change, differential fluid replacement, shop fees, etc. I agreed to the repairs and they informed me that it would take a couple of days to order the radiator and install. The following week on Tuesday, February 11th, I was informed that the radiator was damaged in shipping (which happens and is understandable) so it would take more time. No one bothered to call me after that. I waited two days and called them on Thursday, February 13th. They told me that my vehicle wouldn't be ready until the following Monday, but didn't explain why it would take an extra two business days. They still did not call me to provide any updates. I finally called them the morning of Monday, February 17th asking if my vehicle was done and was told that they just need to put the fluids back in and it will be ready. I did not hear from them the rest of the morning or afternoon. I finally called around 4:00 PM to ask about the status and was not provided any explanation about the delays but was told that I could pick it up at 6:00 PM (which is when they close). I showed up five minutes before 6:00 PM and Service Advisor Nathan Garrett came out from the back. As the door swung open, I saw my Range Rover still up on a hoist. He claimed that they were pretty much finished and just need to take it for a quick test drive, which was clearly a lie. He went to the computer and started clicking around for 3-4 minutes and seemed to be stalling. I offered to pay, but he kept clicking around on the computer for another awkward couple of minutes. I finally sat down while I waited for him to get the bill ready. He continued to not say anything to me. I finally spoke up and said, "Do you want me to come back in a bit?" He responded, "That's fine, if you have something you need to go do. It will only be 5-10 minutes." A service mechanic then came out from the shop and tried to whisper to Nathan and I heard him say: "It's not even close to being done." Nathan then responded, "He said that it would be ready by 6:00 PM." Nathan got up and walked with the mechanic through a door to the service area without saying a single thing to me. I then sat there waiting for an update as 5 minutes rolled by. Then 10 minutes, Then 15 minutes. Then 20 minutes. Then 25 minutes. No one bothered to come talk to me and tell me what was going on. I finally lost patience and rang the notification doorbell on the counter. No response. I knocked on the door to the service area. No response. I rang the bell again. Nothing. I knocked again. Nothing. I rang the bell a third time...STILL nothing. I knocked extremely loud a third time...STILL nothing. Finally fed up with everything, I got a napkin from their snack area and started to write a note when Nathan came back in. I told him: "You clearly are not done with my car! So I'll just come back tomorrow." He responded, "It will just be another 5-10 minutes." I replied, "Yeah, I'm not sure I believe that. I'll pick it up tomorrow." I then left without my vehicle. The following day, I did not receive a phone call until 10:39 AM and was told that my car was finally ready to be picked up. I went to the shop after work to pick up my car and was expecting a bill for $734.21 like I was quoted. To my surprise, the bill was now $1,027.27. I bluntly, but politely, expressed my frustrations with the delays and lack of communication, which culminated in a much higher than expected bill. I asked for an explanation and Nathan was called from the back. I politely expressed my frustration to him as well and he apologized for leaving me hanging the night before. I told him I will pay whatever is a fair cost for everything, thinking that perhaps they would waive the oil change or something as a courtesy for my mistreatment and inconvenience. Nothing. I paid the full bill, still unsure of why it cost more than I was quoted. The communication was awful, the customer service was atrocious, and lack of care was appalling. Save yourself the time and money and find a better repair shop.
