Turns out when I left the shop not all bolts were tightened and torqued to the requirement. I had a suspension bolt that was left very loose and the was only being held on by the safety clip. If I did not find out what the cause was it most likely could've lead to more problems then what I first started out with.

I have been coming to this Les Schwab for about 9 years, but won't be anymore…read more I had them replace the shocks on my car in the fall, and they were awful, arguably my car was better with the old shocks. The new shocks are rough and noisy. I brought it back in and was told that everything looked good and that after a test drive it was fine. I drove all winter, the noisy aspect got worse, and the ride didn't get better. I took it in again, and got the same answer that nothing was wrong. I looked at the invoice, and looked up the shocks. The shocks they put on are the cheapest shocks you can buy at AutoZone, but at a significant upcharge, I'd rather them tell me, I got cheap shocks, and I got what I paid for, instead of trying to gaslight me into the fact that there is no noise/the ride is smooth. Won't be going back to Les Schwab.
