I really dislike writing a poor review but in this case I think people need to know who they are dealing with.
Very long story made short. Tom did a pump out last November. I continually had issues. I called three or four times and was told that my problem was ground water. Almost a year later and at my wits end I called a plumber. Seems my issue was the pump. Called Tom to coordinate with the plumber. This was Thursday. Due to rain on Friday it was agreed that on Monday Toms would come pump out so plumber could replace pump. Plumber and I both under the impression it was a set deal.
On Monday the plumber called to coordinate time with Tom. His call was dropped. I called and Tom told me he was so backed up he did not know when he would get out. He also told me a"$10,000.00 dollar job was more important then a $500.00 Job even though I was a past customer" and to "find someone else".
Obviously this guy should have been able to diagnose the issue months ago. Now he has cost not only me but the plumber time,money and aggravation.
