I tried to get family Automotive to repair my vehicle no matter what the cost and yet again they said they couldn't do it because they'd have to get the service done somewhere else. sounds like a scam because it's a scam. now keep in mind I'm homeless and that's why I had the Grant from this business in Chippewa to repair my vehicle I chose family Automotive because they had competitive prices which did me no good in the end except I lost the place where I was staying which is my car for $100 when all it needed was a fuel pump. this is not a auto repair shop, this is a tow service and scrap yard. don't waste your time!

When we entered a lot, we ended up talking to Dave who was very helpful and friendly, answered a bunch of questions we had and was attentive to us while we looked at the different RVs. He didn't try to sell us anything or try to make us feel FOMO or anything like that. just a great relaxing experience so we could get comfortable in looking at what we wanted. It was a good experience and when we returned to Kansas, we decided to purchase from them because of the service and friendliness that they gave us there. Everyone we worked with there from finance to customer service was excellent. And when our final walk-through came, Jeff gave us the most thorough walk-through we've ever received when purchasing an RV. He left no stone unturned, was very passionate about what he does, and listened to our every question. I would highly recommend this RV dealer!!!

One time he changed oil and couldn't get the filter off...making it a pointless oil change. The worst experience is when he did brake work for me. He did the brakes fine, except failed to tighten the lugnuts ALL THE WAY AROUND. The back left wheel completely dislodged on a busy freeway putting my life, my sons, and the people around me at serious risk of injury. Thankfully I was able to get the car to the side of the road. That being said his inability to tighten a lugnut all the way costed me $750 for extensive repairs due to the damage caused by the wheel falling off.
