Ended up ordering a headlight thrice from this place due to a mix up on their part and my part…read more Immediately they called and told me what had happened and that they were willing to refund me my money. I gave them my vin #, make and model of my car and said I needed a transmission that would fit my vin #. The guy told me that they had a transmission that would fit my make and model and vin #. I found out later it did not fit my make and model and vin # and the supervisor showed no concern or surprise when I brought the matter to his attention. He had no explanation, no apology, nothing and acted as if it was no big deal. I found an excellent mechanic/transmission installer who was able to, with a lot of time and effort - and swearing make it eventually fit but the labor cost that I had to pay was over 3 times what I would have paid if they had sold me the correct size transmission. They should have told me that they did not have an exact fit. It wasn't even an accident, I was sold this wrong part deliberately! So my advice is to be cautious if you deal with these people, make sure all is on the up and up and don't buy anything that you can't verify yourself.
