I'm back into an American SUV! 2023 Ford Bronco Big Bend. The salesperson, Keith, made the purchase a good experience. Miller paid off my trade in less than a week. The Ford Bronco Big Bend gives me more room and overall protection compared to the asian compact car I was driving. I've owned 2 jeep wranglers and this Ford Bronco beats them in comfort, style, and looks. I'm hoping the AWD in snow and on ice will be enough to get me through a snowy winter. We will see, no hurry! I have driven past this Ford dealership for over 30 years and never gave it a second thought albeit always reliving the horrors of owning a Pinto many years ago every time I see the blue oval. But having decided to purchase a F-150, this dealer had exactly what I was looking for having searched the internet for this pickup truck for many months. It was a windy, cold, and rainy Friday afternoon and I met Mike K. the sales rep. He was very friendly, engaging and above all not pushy. Not only did I test drive the F-150 I was interested in, he offered up several alternatives on hand carefully explaining the differences between the vehicles. My criteria was simple: I wanted a CPO; crew cab; black/black; low mileage; a nice amenities package; and a clean CARFAX. I purchased my original selection and I know the price is rated as a great deal! I was extremely pleased with the entire process taking less than one hour over two days (buying the F-150 and then returning the next day to drive it home). Drove over an hour and a half away to check out a mustang. I called the front desk 2 times during the day to make sure the car was available and set up for me to test drive and hopefully purchase. I was noticed the car was available and ready. Once I arrived the car was parked in the back lot with a big SOLD sign on it. So this company is very unreliable and even after I called to confirm. My mother of 83 years old ask me to take her car for service. This was a safety recall (NHTSA Recall , shifter cable replacement) so I called Miller Ford and was advised they would not have the parts for another 2 weeks and to please call back. No problem. I waited 3 weeks and called back. They had parts and I made an appointment. When I arrived I was told they were out of the part and I would have to call them again. When I explained that I had made an appointment and no one called to tell me of any updates I simply got "sorry, we don't have anymore" please call again. I was glad this happened to me and not my mother. Miller Ford should let customer's know before they arrive that they have to cancel appointments. Poor service. read more

Ceasar Mack is the trusted salesman you want to buy from. Though I had heard of him, I had never met Ceasar before, and I was not even in the market for a vehicle. I happened to catch one of his "vehicle of the day" videos on Facebook. It was very cool to see Ceasar actually in the car showing off all of its features. The focus was more on the car, and less on him. His sales pitch was very informative, appealing, and low-key without added pressure. It definitely held my interest. By the time I watched the video two or three more times, I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that I wanted that car. I contacted Ceasar the next morning and we began negotiations and arrangements. The car was a fantastic deal at a great price. The whole staff at Miller made the process very painless. From the moment I walked into the showroom until I drove away in my beautiful new car, everyone employee I met was helpful and attentive. The year was 1995....yes, I said 1995! My husband and I were in the market for a new car and came to Miller Ford to test drive a brand new Ford Taurus. Everything was going great, until I noticed the odometer had 14 miles on it, but the "trip" odometer read 600+ miles, and the car was pulling terribly to the right when taken for a test drive. Ever since that day I've never stepped foot into any of Miller's dealerships. If they'll turn back an odometer and try to sell a used car as new, what else are they capable of? read more

Their sales department isn't bad, my salesman Lee was actually a decent guy. He really did everything he could to get me into a car when I needed one and then in less than a year got me out of it and into a new lease which ultimately ended up saving me even more money. My problem here is with their service department. I took my lease car in for tires and told them if the front pads were under 2mm to just replace them. They called me and told me my pads were at 2mm, the front rotors were 1mm over discard and my rear pads were at 2mm as well. I told them to just do the tires. When I picked my car up the service writer tried to tell me that he worked on cars for 30 years and you always replace rotors with pads. No, I have a degree in automotive technology, graduated the Ford FACT program and that is bullshit. I took my car the next day to Pacifico Ford and had my buddy mic everything when he did my oil change. Front pads measured 5mm, the rotors were 4.5mm over discard and my rear pads were 6mm. The service manager from Miller called me and told me the techs used plastic gauges to estimate pad thickness. No sorry, if you're recommending part replacement you need to have an ACTUAL measurement not a guesstimate. You apparently are KNOWINGLY setting your dealership up for a class action fraud lawsuit, beautiful. 8 months later I replaced my front pads which were still not quite down to 2mm, and still no rotors were needed. My rear pads? Still plenty of meat left on them. Places like these are what unfortunately give mechanics such a bad reputation. I LOVED having the dealership right across the street from work so if I needed anything done I just drop it off, walk to work and then just pop out to grab it when it was done. But unfortunately after this incident I no longer trust their service department at any level nor do I have any faith in their work. read more

I had taken my Ford F-150 in to Miller Ford for a check brake light that had been on my dashboard for a little while. I was hesitant to bring it there due to review on yelp regarding this dealership, I was also under the influence my warranty had expired and that is why I had to wait a bit to bring it in, I was greeted promptly upon walking in and quickly seen by the service manager. He was extremely nice and welcoming. He had immediately informed me that my vehicle was in fact still under my certified pre owned warranty. This was very good to hear as I had some other issues going on but due to a baby on the way, expected any day now, safety was the only concern. They notated all of the trucks issues and said they would get a technician on it immediately. I was fine leaving the vehicle as we fortunately had a second vehicle. My service writer Alias Gonzalez has been in touch with me every step of the way, and was always extremely professional and helpful. He had my vehicle fully repaired and it was only the cost of my warranty deductible. This may not be everyone's situation understandably, but what will be everyone's outcome will be the premier treatment you receive from this establishment. Don't let the other reviews deter you, bring your vehicle here and let the people at Miller Ford take care of you. Ask for Alias and he will take good care of you. This is finally an honest dealership as far as service goes, and I've been a technician for GM for about 5 years. I know the ins and outs. They are good and i'm thankful for them. My family will be safe in this vehicle now and we didn't have to sell a kidney to pay for it. read more

Okay, so I keep getting bugged in email by Miller to write a review so here you go. I ordered my new F150 from Miller on Dec. 23, 2014. They said I'd have it in 6 - 8 weeks. At the end of March they told me it was lost and I should order a new one or get my deposit back. I'm a patient man, I waited. 30 days later, at the end of April it showed up. I brought it in for some things that were wrong, most notably the moonroof making a loud knocking noise. It got fixed after two trips there, and they having it for a full week. (oh, and the dealer is located 40 minutes from my house so it's no easy trip, and don't ever bother getting a loaner from Enterprise across the street, unless you have a 1/2 day just to sit around waiting for a ride, they are literally right across the highway from the dealer) Fast forward to March 2016. Moonroof is making noise again, along with a hard downshift from 5th to 4th gear. They said they couldn't hear the noise from the moonroof, which is really interesting because the noise is frequent. I'm somewhat hard of hearing and I hear it with no problem. I showed them an official Ford Technical Service Bulletin on the downshift problem, they said they didn't see the problem happen. I told them it happens once or twice a week, that a drive around the block for 3 minutes isn't going to show it. They said if they can't see it, they can't fix it. It's a TSB published by Ford, a well known problem with the 2015 F150s and the fix is a simple software upgrade to the truck. Something they can probably do in minutes, but won't. So, for the moonroof they said they found a TSB and it requires a special grease they needed to order. They said "it'll be in within 2 or 3 days, we'll call you to set something up". That was over 2 weeks ago, I'm still waiting for the call. As far as the downshift problem, I wrote to FordService on f150forums.com and asked for support. They told me to go to a different dealer and they will get it worked out. There you have it. Ford Service on F150forums telling me to go to a different dealer. So why would anybody go to Miller Ford?I'm really struggling here. I tend to buy new vehicles every few years. I absolutely love my '15 F150, and will likely have it for several years. I had hoped to build a good relationship with the dealer I bought the truck from, but it seems they are not interested in that relationship. And that's just 1/2 the story. There's a lot more disappointing things but it's just not worth the time. I'll get my moonroof fixed, and my downshift problem fixed, but I guess I have to go somewhere else, because Miller isn't interested in fixing the issues. Bob in Riverton NJ read more

Dishonest, unreliable, and unfriendly are just a few words that come to mind when I think of Miller Ford. Let me begin by saying that I have actually leased a vehicle from this location in the past and the aforementioned descriptions did not apply then. However, I can not say the same for my experience with them today. My husband and I lease many vehicles and know the in's & out's of leasing a car. Therefore, we have gotten this whole thing down to a science and negotiate terms prior to visiting a dealership in order to expedite the process. I was working with Alethea Cruz in internet sales when I located the vehicle I was interested in on Cars.com. After a few back and forth emails, we came to terms on a lease deal that was favorable. I emailed Alethea (goes by Ali) in the morning informing her that my husband and I would be at the dealership later in the day to finalize the lease contract. As a side note, she and I were emailing back and forth for 2 days regarding this particular vehicle (a 2018 Ford Explorer Limited). Anyhow, my husband and I drove an hour from our home to the dealership with the hopes of leaving with a new SUV. When we enter the dealership, we were greeted by the receptionist who informs us she will advise Ali of our presence and that Ali would be right with us. After a few minutes, we were greeted by a sales rep by the name of Mark (Ali never showed her face). Mark seemed kind and said he would come right back out with the keys to the vehicle so we can peruse and potentially test drive the SUV. After a few minutes, Mark returns to our table and tells us the car was just sold and he sincerely apologized. He said he would show us a "comparable vehicle" and would attempt a "dealer locate" to try and find the vehicle we thought we were picking up. Well, that kindness turned to being a fraud as he attempted to show us a 2017 Platinum Edition Ford Explorer DEMO and passing it off as a new 2018. My husband is very astute and knew right away the vehicle he was showing us was a 2017 model. He apologized and later showed us a 2018 Ford Explorer Sport. After much discussion, my husband and I decided we would try to negotiate lease terms on the Sport given that it was a very nice vehicle and just a couple thousand more than the Limited model we were originally negotiating. After he gave us the monthly lease payment, we asked to speak to a manager. Low and behold, we meet Ryan Plotcher (the Internet Sales Manager). He sincerely apologized for the "mix-up", however, would not even negotiate the terms of the Sport. He said, verbatim, "I'm sorry guys, but I don't think we can make this deal work". First & foremost, why would you assume we were not interested in paying the amount you offered or at least negotiating the terms? You see two young Hispanic adults and come to your own conclusion on what we would be willing, or not willing to do. I am sorry Ryan, but your company screwed up and then you have the audacity to make assumptions (racist maybe)? My husband and I were actually willing to pay more for a vehicle as my current lease is at a higher monthly payment than what he offered on the Explorer Sport. But given his nonchalant, non-customer friendly attitude, we walked out of the dealership without a vehicle. Needless to say, we will never return and would like to advise everyone to proceed with caution!! read more

After some initial problems, Miller made it right. Still paying a little more than originally discussed but I'm now the proud owner of a 2016 Ford Focus ST and loving it. I'll be in the market next year for an Expedition so I'll be back. read more

Update: I finally received a check from the dealership for the $750 rebate after a conversation with the Sales Manager John McDonald at the start of the week, after which he confirmed that Ford would eventually make good on the Rebate that was presented at the time of the sale. It is a shame that Ford and the dealership could not have worked out the issue more expeditiously and without leaving a customer hanging for over two months. My review and rating would certainly have been much higher if they had cut the check or pursued a more timely resolution, and without me having to become irate and aggressive about it. read more

This is the first time I've ever left a review for any business, but I feel it is my responsibility to let someone know our experience with Miller Ford. My son was dealing with Ceasar, made a deal on a used car, contacted our bank for a loan (got a better rate), bank overnighted check to dealership, check was delivered next day. My son called salesperson to see when he could come pick up the car, HE SOLD IT TO ANOTHER PERSON. I understand if someone comes in with possibly cash-in-hand to purchase it, but it is NOT good business or respectable to not let the first party know or to lie about it or to not answer calls. Then, to top it off, there was no apology or offer to look at other great vehicles that he may like just as well. Nothing, nada. Our bank even tried to contact someone at the dealership to see what happened and to have the check returned and had a very hard time getting anyone to answer the phone. Everything turned out well for us in the end, but we nor our bank had a good experience with Miller Ford. I cannot recommend anyone to shop for a vehicle at Miller Ford. read more

We recently bought a used 2014 f150 from here. We traded in a 2011 f150 to get it. When we originally looked at the car, it had 2 gouges in the tailgate, a scuff on the front bumper and a bunch of chips on the front bumper from rocks hitting it that were rusted. Our salesman, Kevin, was great. Very friendly, and stating that they would fix all of that, including the bumper by sanding down the bumper and repainting it when we bought the truck. Well, here we are, 3 weeks after buying the truck. Our initial visit to drop the truck off started with a meeting with the used car manager, Sean, who basically told us that Kevin had no idea what he was talking about and that that not how they do things. He said he would fix the gouges in the tailgate with touch up paint, and told us they would paint the bumper but they wouldn't sand anything down. We were unhappy about this, but figured they knew what they were doing. Picked the truck up yesterday and it looks like a 4 yr old painted the bumper. Tape marks, over spray, and the divots from the rocks were still there, just painted over. I literally could have done this with a can of spray paint in my driveway. When we took it back, unhappy of course, we spoke with the sales manager, John McDonald (as the owner and the gm weren't in today apparently) he took us outside, looked at the bumper (it is snowing and extremely wet today so he could barely see what we were talking about) he made no effort to try to see it better, turned around and told us that he could feel the marks that we were talking about, but in all honesty we "bought a used truck" and we shouldnt expect the work to be perfect. I felt like he talked down to us the entire time. I was fuming. I said to him, "do you honestly think they did a good job?" And he said "I do. But if it will make u feel better, I'll have them redo the bumper, I'm telling you now though, it'll look like that again a few days after u drive it around. My husband went back in to get his card to set up a follow up appointment with an outside body shop to repaint it. They aren't even going to use a ford body shop. We have a friend (a body shop owner) who laughed and gave us an estimate to fix it the right way. I'm literally heated right now. I will never send anyone to Miller ford not will I be going back there for anything. read more

The car I bought from them is great. It was the sales team at Miller that is shady. They told me a bunch of things that simply are not true just to get me to agree to a higher price. Carlos was a typical used car salesman who didn't know his product and couldn't answer my questions. Then, I was promised two years free maintenance, yet that is not true. I took my car in for an oil change and got hit with a bill! I called Carlos about it, he said he'd look into it, but didn't! Now he is not returning my calls. No one from Miller is calling me back. They probably think an oil change is a trivial issue, but it's the bigger picture. It's how they treat the customers after the sale. Once they sell you a car, they're done with you. It doesn't matter if their promises are broken. Lincoln and Ford are great products. Just do your research so that you know exactly what you want before you buy, and then go to a different Ford/Lincoln dealer.
