I was quoted a steep number for a week's worth of "service" (including blocking the opening into the crawl space, blocking the holes around my foundation, adding a shield to my roof access, trapping the chipmunks (and/or other critters), and a year warranty). The gentlemen came out to do this and was at my house for appx. an hour. I haven't seen him since. He only tries to call me, minutes before he wants to come check the trap. I work in Detroit and have told them numerous times, I need more of a heads up in order to lock in a site visit. He didn't even go into my crawl space. On top of that, he informed me that I was lied to and the chipmunks aren't covered by the warranty I paid for. I'm pretty sure there are now dead animals below my floors and in my walls. I'm going to have to find someone else to try and deal with this and it's already too late because it smells everywhere! The last time I spoke with the technician, he informed me my week's service was over and he was coming to take his trap back.
